Eddie doubled the estimate after they started because I did not have the correct 220 volt outlet for the giant sander.Wanted $700.00 to just go away so I paid the extra $1500.00. Should have paid the $700 to have him leave. House was trashed and covered in fine brown dust, Eddie told me to hire a cleaning crew. I let them run the air conditioner and it was totally clogged up. What professional service.

Edward Antebi pulled a fast one on us. We got an estimate for a super small flooring install 500sf , bid was higher than others, but we based acceptance on yelp reviews.. and he seemed honorable at first.. We ran into some issues with our HOA and they wanted 1/2 inch cork. Okay fine, that's easy, but Eddy decided it was time to put the screws to us. I mean he had us right, we already gave him a deposit. He decided it was in his best interest to give us a quote that was double (DOUBLE) of what cork at retail is. Left us with no choice we had to fire him. He would not accept any alternatives but him buying the cork and charging a huge markup. No need to throw good money after bad. Guess what Eddy still has... my money. Also he refused to return any money and or give me a itemized bill for the 2 hours of work and parts that i paid for. Eddy out right stole from me. Next steps, we will be suing Eddy in Los Angeles Superior Court and Filing a formal complaint against him with the State of California.

Loved Eddy and his team. They did an amazing job refinishing my floors which I thought were a lost cause. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend. He was fair, professional, and great quality work.

Eddy and his son came to my place to give me a quote on some work I needed done in a rental unit in West Hollywood. He gave me an honest and thorough assessment of what he thought I should do and even did some work for me on one of the damaged areas at no charge. His estimate was fair and detailed. When I am ready to do the job, Eddy will be the man I hire!

Wow. After talking to 4 difference people telling me I need so much than what I didn’t realy need Eddie from Jan flooring came in , came up with a different size (10sf less) , and with better price on labor and leveling and found an exact match to my existing flooring . Honestly, makes difference in price ! Without knowing on my other estimates he gave me absolutely the best deal and he was able to star right away so I was able to complete the job before my birthday. 5 stars! Thank you Eddie!

GREAT!! From beginning to end, working with Eddy and his crew was a dream!

VERY sloppy work in the kids' rooms and incompetent, unprofessional, shoddy work on the hardwood. They came back three times & still couldn't get it right. And they were argumentative & defensive. This company does not come close to measuring up to Angie's List's high standards! Shockingly bad.

I own a rental property and was looking for good/great quality at a competitive price and Eddie and his crew delivered. They showed up on time and were very responsive. A few days before the scheduled installation I threw Eddie a few curves and he worked through them with me to my satisfaction and any additional cost (added scope to install bathroom floors, etc) was fair. Eddie and his crew were honest and the cost was very competitive. The team did a great job cleaning up the old carpet and kitchen flooring when they were done and I would use again.

The install team arrived on time and were very friendly and efficient. They did a good job of sealing doors and sealing off an open kitchen area to prevent dust from flying all over. We have a heavy piano that was in one of the rooms and I asked if they could move it back after they were done which they did free of charge. They also repaired one small section and it turned out "good as new." I would highly recommend JEN HW Flooring to anyone needing new flooring and/or resurfacing.

They did a good job. They provided timely response. They did exactly what they said they would do, they notified us in advance if there was issues that might come up and if there was extra cost involved. I would have liked them to do a better job of cleanup because when you do the sanding and it's hardwood floors, it gets really dirty. I would have liked them to have done a better cleanup or taping of areas because it's super fine dust and it goes everywhere. The finished product was great though. Everything else was fine. It was reasonable pricing. I asked them if they would tape up the baseboards and they said they didn't need to, but I had to repaint the baseboards because the sander got up against the baseboards and scuffed off all the white on the baseboards. So what wouldn't happen happened. It could have been prevented.

Everything went very well. I was told ahead of time of issues that required additional attention and the work was performed to perfection.
