They provided very nice customer service.

All I can say is Guy Borenstein is great!!! The reality is when you do a large renovation like we are doing on our house, you have your ups and downs. This company excels at communication and does their job efficiently (the ups). And when the "downs" of the project happen, this company responds quickly, especially Guy. For example, I'll text him with an issue and he immediately responds with "let me follow up and get an answer for you". He has done this 100% of the time during our project. If we come home and there is construction debris on our sidewalk or lawn, Guy is the first to call his foreman to make sure there is someone there to cleanup. So far, I have been extremely satisfied with the work Treeium, Inc., Guy and his crew have done on our house. Keep up the great work Treeium!!!

Meir Barzilai has done work before at our location and we knew that the work to add to the pad for the shed was a good suggestion, as well as the suggestion to add the railing along side the new concrete steps that go up the steep portion of the hill. All of his suggestions were adopted. He did the estimate and there were only minor changes at our request. His suggestion for adding to the pad in front of the Tuff Shed was really right. The suggestions were wonderful. We knew when what would be done, if it would be a sub-contractor or his people, and that it would be performed in a timely way. It is easier to go up the hill with the new concrete steps and railing, The new brick and concrete path to the rose garden and the newly redone patio are also big improvements. My wife says that it was a pleasure to have his people here. The were highly skilled, polite, friendly and kind to our grandchildren. The work was completed ahead of his estimate. The quality of the work was stellar. We are probably going to do some more work on the property next year and my wife says "there is nobody else but Meir and his people". We may not even check for other estimates, we are sure that the work is done right.

We found Treeium on Angie's List and felt this company would be a good fit, We met with a project manager he gave us his sales pitch reviewed our plans and said we would have a proposal in 72 hrs. We waited three additional days did not hear anything, We contacted the company via email and were advised our request would be resubmitted?? Never received a proposal, or callback. We sent another email expressing our disappointment with the company this did not prompt a response from them either. Very poor communication. Did not do what they said they would I now see how this company's overall rating has declined from an A to B,

As I mentioned they have overcharged me by 50%. I asked for invoices for the kitchen cabinets and counter tops and they would not provide them. Then I saw an invoice for my kitchen tile by accident and found that I was being charged for more tile than what was needed to do the job. I began to investigate and then I found I was really being taken. I was also being charged $500 to hang a door instead of the normal price of $150. I stopped all further work, because I was being overcharged and now I do not want them in my house. They are not willing to discuss or work out a settlement. I would not recommend them. They also plugged up my toilet in my new bathroom. They are suppose to supply a portable toilet for their workmen to use. I am a senior citizen and they are ripping me off.

Job was completed over 3 months late. Was supposed to be complete by end of March, did not get started until June by my insistence. The installation of the panels was done poorly and not by the blue prints. I had to call and complain to get it corrected. Then the panels were not all connected properly, resulting in my having to call to get them back out. They didn't even check to see that the system was working correctly before wanting me to sign that the work was complete. No one except myself did quality control on the project. Their thought was that it eventually got done right, so no big deal. The foreman was sloppy and again I had to complain to get the panels straightened up and in line. They were crooked and not mounted even. The electrical panel was done fairly well and the stucco repair went well. I had to stay on them for the entire project to make sure it was getting done. Communication was poor at best unless I called daily to find out what was going to be done next and when. Final product is good. The process to get there was terrible.

I ended my contract with them on june 30, 2014. The company left debris , and trash on my property, i have mentioned for them to take it away. Vic said he will have someone do the cleaning. Later that week the trash , woods and debris are still on my yard, I texed vic again and said that he will remove it. They promised to remove all wood trash on monday July 7. Monday came nothing yet, I text them tuesday and told them to remove the trash they left for 8 days already. I said they have to pic them up tonight right away. He said that for sure tomorrow they will pic up the debris of wood, and other trash on my property. Up to now the trash is still there. I ended the contract with them for lack of performance , hoping that they will pic up thier trash. But never responded promises promises but no action. I am very disappointed. They should not do this to consumers.

Hired treeium to replace the hold roof I'm so happy excellent service and the clean up was fantastic the job was 4day only from start to finish the inspection pass I like the project manger kobi was available anytime in needed him and he supervisor the project every day I would recommend Treeium to all my friend kobi help us with roofing color to match the house I like the fact treeium has a licensed for roofing thank you treeium !!

It was OK. They offered a lot for the money. They did an OK job. They came and were very quick. They were very timely. They took care of it right away. Actually I was quoted by other people and they told me it was a good price.

Very punctual and did everything that needed to be done. Very professional

The rep did all the measuring of our kitchen, kept trying to sell us the 3-d design and then told us the price...I wanted a breakdown of the cost of the project...not have someone come up with a price out of the blue. Anyway, didn't go well

Review of New Roof and Rain Gutters by Treeium. Treeium did a superb job of installing my new roof and rain gutters! After interviewing three companies, I selected Treeium. They sent Max O. to present their bid. Max explained the materials and the process in great detail, showing me examples of everything using his tablet, and he was tireless in answering my many questions. Treeium?s bid on the work was competitive and Treeium?s business model provides more for the money in that each job has a project manager/ombudsman who is in constant communication with the homeowner, the office and the workers. I am so grateful that Max was the project manager for my roof: From the first meeting with Max until the last work was completed, Max took care of everything from the ?big picture? to the smallest detail. If I ever had a question, if the workers ever encountered a problem, if the office ever wanted to know the status of the job, Max was either already on the site or immediately in contact. Every aspect of the job was treated with importance and the workmen performed the best work in the many years that I have had work done on my homes. First, a crew came to demo the patio cover. I appreciate the careful and quick job they did, and how clean they left the patio and yard. Then Max brought over the very best roofing team EVER. They removed several layers of old, crumbling shingles and then installed osb board with a heat barrier followed by a high grade synthetic underlayment and energy star rated asphalt shingles. When I had concerns, Max and the roofing supervisor, Dekal, patiently answered more questions. This team worked very hard, finished in three days, and did a superlative job. They handled the permit and scheduled the inspections seamlessly; they cleaned the lot and hauled away the debris. The roof looks beautiful and was watertight against the first rainstorm of the year. After another crew painted the exterior, yet another team installed rain gutters. They also did a quick, clean and excellent job. Before I hired Treeium, I was afraid that whoever I hired would take my money, tear off the roof and leave without completing the work. I thank Michelle who was my first contact with Treeium for being so friendly and helpful; and I must thank Max again for his reassuring presence and great ability to address my concerns and to manage the many teams of workers. Review of Exterior Painting by Treeium After Treeium finished my beautiful new roof, the old exterior paint, stucco and trim on my house looked twice as shabby. So with Max?s help, I signed another contract to have Treeium repair the stucco and trim, and then paint. Shlomo and his crew prepped, primed and painted my house so that now it looks nicer than it did when it was new in 1956. Shlomo went out of his way to help me find doors that suited my needs the best; he repaired the stucco with an expert hand; he and his team worked hard to repair the trim; he made a special effort to get Dunn Edwards to mix the elastomeric paint in the darker color that I wanted. I appreciate his attention to detail and his efforts to make the house look as good as it possibly could. Currently, I am having Max and the Treeium ventilation crew replace the ancient ducting in my attic. This will increase the energy efficiency for heating and cooling the house. Again, many thanks to Max and the Treeium ?family?.

I put 10% of the charge down first. While installing the railing, they chipped the tiling on my stairs. They wanted to fix it by just grouting it, but that would not look right. They then said that they would fix it, but I would have to pay for materials plus $1500 for labor, because the tile is not available anymore. I should not have to pay for materials. I received a bill for $4500, saying that I had to pay it within the next 15 days. They haven't even finished the job. They also did some masonry work for me outside. They did not mix the mortar correctly, so it is flaking off, and I can run my finger across it, and it is still not dry. They are not willing to really resolve their mistakes. I paid to have the tile taken out and replaced with carpet with another company.

They were very efficient and completed the projects on time.

From our first appointment with a Treeium project manager, Guy Borenstein, until the final clean-up, our experience was beyond excellent. Everyone involved in our project was capable and very easy to have in our home. We had no idea where to begin, but Guy explained the process and was there for us from start to finish. THESE PEOPLE KNOW GRANITE. Guy met us at a slab yard and helped us find a granite slab that we loved, but was also excellent quality. Because of their support, professionalism and beautiful work, we would choose Treeium for any future project.

I'm updating my review of Treeium, now our project is nearly complete. As you can imagine, this was a HUGE project! After interviewing eight contractors, all licensed, getting bids from four, and following up with detailed bids and further interviews with two companies, we hired Treeium Eco Home Remodeling. Even though their bid was higher, several factors affected our decision. First of all, I was glad to receive Treeium?s written packet of info. Included was a list of references ? an entire page of customers in my area who had work done. Each one that I called was very satisfied with the final product, and praised Treeium?s high quality materials and workmanship, the professionalism of the work crews, and the remodels being finished on schedule. I also liked Treeium?s emphasis on being ?green,? using recycled and/or eco-friendly materials, to create a healthier environment for our family?s future. However, what really sold me were the hundreds of photos Kobi was able to show me of the projects he?d managed for Treeium ? and there is no doubt they?re real, because Kobi is in many of them (before, during and after). Kobi is our project manager, and has been my main contact from first visit through the entire renovation. We didn't live onsite, so it was important to me that I feel fully informed AND in control of implementing my vision for the "new" house. Our level of communication surpassed ALL my expectations! Kobi sent me updates on EVERY step of the progress via texts and photos. I'd like to emphasize the dates: Treeium started our reno on December 2nd, the Monday after Thanksgiving; and today, the day after Christmas, my husband and I are meeting with Kobi to do a final walk through to check their work and list what finishing details are needed. That's three-and-a-half weeks from start to finish (other than a delayed special order and touch-ups). I've been in the house many times over the last few weeks, and have seen Treeium's workmanship and professionalism first hand. With this being my husband's childhood home, it's been hard for him, so I handled all the details. What could have become a nightmare - who hasn't heard stories of renovations gone wrong? - has gone so smoothly, it's a dream come true. I've read the negative reviews, and I?m shocked. My experience with Treeium has been completely positive: from the first call, interview, and bidding; meetings to discuss design, scheduling and financing; the waiting as I prepared the house, sorting and packing over 50 years of Life; through the entire renovation. Kobi has been wonderfully helpful and supportive! To make a successful collaboration, it's important to take personal responsibility: write notes, stay organized about your responsibilities, and most important of all, speak up and ask questions! When Kobi made the choice of materials, not only did they match my taste, the quality has been superior. I've always felt respected - not pressured - by everyone affiliated with Treeium. Based on my experience, I can happily grade Treeium Eco Home Remodeling all "As" and highly recommend them. Since "a picture is worth a thousand words," my next task is to figure out how to post our before and after photos! I'm sure when you see the amazing transformation, you'll understand why I'm so satisfied with Treeium, and especially with Kobi, our project manager.

I work full time so I was never at home to see what was happening and other than minor home improvements this was the first time for any significant remodel. The main communication with the contractor was through cell phone and text messages and because of this it was hard to discuss things and when we did communicate it was not always clear. The workers at the house simply did as they were told by the contractor. I only saw the contractor when he would come over in the evening to pick up the scheduled payment checks. The company called a couple of times and a separate quality control guy came out when I was not there so never talked to him. Issue One: I had a choice of three travertine tiles (wish I had more), the tile I picked was not what I ended up with due to our limited phone communication. The contractor left three unmarked samples of tile for me to chose from, I picked one and taped a note to my choice (little did I know he would not be back to pick up my choice). When he called me at work the next day he asked if I had chosen one, because there were no color names or any other way to describe the tile (a taped alpha letter or number on tile would be helpful) I had to verbally describe my choice. My description was not what the contractor was envisioning so he and I were thinking of two different tiles (one man's gray can be another mans green, gold might be orange etc.). He ordered the tile he thought I had picked, it was delivered to the house in my absence (and put in the sideyard of the house) so I never got to see the tile. I just assumed we had the right one. It was'nt until I returned home one day to see the tile up the wall and then realize it was not the one I picked. Rather than stop I accepted the different tile, it's not so bad and I can live with it. Issue Two. I wanted a certain type of toilet (Toto), single unit with a dual flush because I intend to have a Toto bidet (washlet) installed. The bidet is installed by removing the toilet seat and installing a new seat with connection to a water line and electrical outlet (being from Japan I know how well these things work). I was told that Toto was expensive and was given the impression it would be a hassle to get (discussed over the phone), and was basically told "a toilet is a toilet" . When I asked him what brand he was looking at, he did not know. I ended up letting him pick a one peice toilet (unknown brand) and figured I would deal with the bidet on my own. Unfortunately the toilet that was installed is not compatible with the bidet (there is a slight flare around the rear seat) and therefore I will have to have the entire new toilet removed and a new one installed when I get the bidet early next year. The toilet I got works fine but is not dual flush and not very powerful. I was willing to pay extra for a better toilet. The one I did get seems rather cheap, maybe $200 at most, I could have gotten a Toto online for $600. Issue Three. I had a choice of six vanities (pictures sent by phone). When it came time to get the vanity I got a call from the contractor from the store telling me that the one I had previously chosen was not available in my size so I had to choose another. I chose another one and later he texted me a picture of yet another one he found that I might like, so I went ahead and picked it. When the vanity was delivered the drawers already had pulls and knobs even though I had purchased my own as I had previously been instructed. Unfortunately the pulls that came with the vanity were single hole mount and the ones I bought had two screws required for mounting. Because of this, if I use my own, there will be an extra hole in the cabinet for each drawer and cabinet (if I want it centered) so I am using the knobs that came with the vanity even though I do not like it. The work was supposed to take three weeks, it ended up taking four weeks because of a delay with the City of West Covina and their inspectors (not contractor's fault). During the one month period, the workers actually were at the house maybe 8 or 9 days total. The contractor was a nice guy, very friendly. Nothing against him, he can't read my mind and I was not being assertive enough to make my points and express my decisions. Final advice, know what you want and the design style your after. I have a very simple tract home from the 50's and did not want anything upscale and out of character with the rest of the house which is basic. Quite honestly I would have been satisfied with a home improvement store remodel, something I have done before at a more reasonable cost, the bathroom ended up rather ordinary anyway because the space is small and the house is plain. I waited many years to do this work because I dread remodel. I have learned a major lesson which I will use for any future work. 1. Pick someone very close to your home, it will be easier to deal with. 2. Talk in person and do not leave things to chance by phone or pictures, go over design goals, and pick everything upfront, not as you go along. 3. If you have the time, buy your own materials, including tile, toilet, vanity, etc. In the long run you get what you want and not what someone else thinks you might like. I felt that the materials being offered were limited to one big builders warehouse and I got what happened to be at the place at that time. I have no idea what the items cost but I feel I could have found exactly what I wanted either locally or online for the same price if not better. I was offered this option in the beginning and will definitely buy what I want on my own next time. Pay for the labor but not for the limited choices.

I have had several contractors and tradesman work on my house over the last 30 years, but never worked with such incredible company like Treeium.The overall service was fantastic. They were very courteous and professional. They began work very promptly and they finished a head of scheduled time. I can?t explain how thrilled I am to have found them. They were the only company that followed up with me with every step of the project.I really appreciate the fact they appreciate me and my business.Even though the work involved a lot of hammers, paint nails I had a great experience with them.

I felt that the actual costs were going to far exceed what was already a high end estimate. Decided this was not the contractor for my job.

I have never been disappointed by Treeium, as always they have always exceeded my expectations. They are very professional, punctual and offer top notch customer service. the solar panels look really great on my new roof. I really would recommend Treeium to the anyone who is in the market to have some remodeling work or solar installed on their property.

The project manager was very personable and I agreed to a price that was quoted. i choose a color for the laminate flooring but not the exact product. The installation went well. The second part was for carpet upstairs when the installers came the carpet was of very poor quality and I refused to allow them to continue. After calling Ron the P.M. he said he would take care of it. He sent another guy over who tried to convince me that this was very good carpet . After a discussion in my driveway the guy agreed to reorder new carpet to my satisfaction. However the carpet had been removed in the hall and master bedroom so we spent a week in our guest room. Waiting that week caused me to wonder did I get good quality laminate? Well I did not according to an other flooring contractor. I felt as though I had been taken advantage of. Part my fault I suppose but I had several projects to do and I chose to end my relationship with Treeium. Later the toilet started to link and we had water underneath the laminate. I called and Ron did send the installers back tthe very next day to fix the problem and replace the flooring. Uggggggg
