Now, when the project is completed, I am very pleased to add my own review! We hired Treeium and Erez to replace our roof after meeting with a few companies, but not feeling as comfortable with them both on the personal and professional side. Since we had a bad experience with a different contractor in the past, we were very picky and selective this time around.. Erez took his time with ease when he met with us (twice!) and explained everything thoroughly. After we awarded Erez the project, first thing he said to me was “now it’s time for me to start proving myself to you”, and this is exactly what Erez has done throughout the project. We passed all inspections on the first shot and now we can comfortably leave for our vacation as we were able to meet a very tight schedule for completing our project. Thank you Erez so much for delivering everything you promised and as well for a well done job!

We are extremely happy with the work and service we received from Treeium! They did a bedroom expansion, which included a bathroom and walk-in closet. They installed Solar Panels, a new roof, took out the carpet in 2 rooms and laid hardwood floors, replaced our old windows and installed a tankless water heater. EVERYTHING turned out beautiful, especially my new bathroom 😊 Assaf Labi from the Valley Village office was our Project Manager and he walked us through everything from start to finish! He, Luis and his crew were professional, honest and so easy to deal with! Assaf was always available when I needed him, even on the weekends! In a world full of crooked people, his openness and honesty was priceless! I was never worried throughout the almost 3 month renovation! We were already referring our friends and family to Treeium/Assaf after only a couple of weeks of working with them! Love how everything turned out! It looks like a brand new house! My project manager Assaf Labi did an excellent job. He is professional, very understanding and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend to others and use them again for future projects.

After several difficult attempts with other contractors for our kitchen remodel, we finally landed on Treeium, and the fantastic Project Manager Oshrat. She was very attentive, honest, and responsive. She addressed every question or concern I had along the way and completed to job in a timely manner. The project was only a partial kitchen remodel, but they (she) treated us like a big-ticket customer. We went into the project with a firm budget and only had one surprise with some electrical work that needed to be done. Oshrat was always mindful of our budget and even with the extra expense we still ended up under budget. Allen and Marvin did a lot of the work for our project and did a great job. I tend to be a perfectionist and notice all the little things. Every time I pointed something out they were always quick to fix it. I would recommend Treeium in a heartbeat!

I was doing an extensive research online to get several names of contractors to come in and give me bids for general repairs after going through a slab leak. When I met Erez Shifferman with Treeium his demeanor was so exceptional that I immediately felt comfortable. I was just so impressed with his knowledge and how helpful he seemed to be in every respect. As an example, when I was going to meet Erez at the showroom where we were going to select the laminate flooring for my project, Erez suspected something was wrong since I was late and when he got in touch with me, Erez physically walked the streets at least half a mile to find and guide me how to get to the showroom. I was so relieved to finally see him standing at the corner of the street when I felt I was completely lost. I have many more examples, but to sum it up - Erez is an outstanding person, both personally and professionally and as someone who has been in the construction industry for well over 30 years, I know how this industry can be like and I can honestly say I’ve never came across such an exceptional project manager such as Erez. When I think of Treeium I think of Erez, and when I think of Erez I think of Treeium. All the power to you guys for having such exceptional service and people running the show. I’ve already told everybody I know about how positive and stress-free my project was ran, and I’m looking forward to crossing paths with Erez again in the future. Erez, you’re one of a kind, I certainly hope to see you again in the future!

It is going great! We are still in the process of remodeling our bathroom and we love our project Manager Oshrat Yechzkia. She is very professional & knowledgeable. What I like about her the most is that she listens & also offers advice. She is so easy to work with and makes this whole process so enjoyable! The contractors show up on time and never leave anything behind. Oshrat answers every text I send her the same day and keeps in constant contact with me to let me know how the progress is going. I never have to hunt them down and find out what is going on. I was a little nervous going into this project and Osh put me at ease right away. I highly recommend Treeium and get Oshrat as your Project Manager, I can't recommend her enough!

Excellent. Work was done in a timely fashion, with a high quality of professionalism by tiler, electrician, plumber, and painter. Extremely pleased with the final result. Would definitely recommend and hire again. Guy Barnea was contract lead, and he and his foreman Noam were very responsive throughout the project.

The Treeium representative - not sure if he was the actual contractor or not - showed up to inspect the house. However, after about 2 weeks of communicating regarding the project and a quote, he dropped off the face of the earth and stopped responding to emails or calls. I never did receive a final quote from him because I gave up the chase. VERY unprofessional.

Avi Shushan was attentive and tried his best to ensure excellent customer service. It took approx 2-3 weeks to complete the job but Overall things went well. When I did have a concern, it was taken care of promptly, which made me feel at ease with services provided. I would recommend Avi S and his team for kitchen remodeling. My kitchen looks beautiful.

I hired Treeium to replace my leaking roof They did a exclient job it took two days to tear off and replace shingles. They were very neat and organized. The job cordnator Arial David was very helpful with all aspects of the the job and if we had a question he was happy to answer any questions I had. I would recommend Treeium to anybody Five Stars. It is a home improvement company. If you have a problem, they come and replace their product for free. They do not ask any question. They just come and replace it. I like their workmanship, the quality, being on time, and finishing it quickly. They provide good service. If you have a problem, they fix it right away.

I was looking to upgrade my master bathroom as it was pretty old. I met with a few companies and decided to hire Treeium mainly because of their reputation and the professionalism of the project manager they sent over, Neev Kugel. He was very knowledgeable and managed to discuss everything in detail: scope of work, timelines, pricing, etc. I have never gone through a process like this before and Neev was able to simply break it down in a way that didn’t leave any room for questions. I was extremely impressed by his attention to details and little did I know how this would play a major factor throughout the remodel itself. He was on top of the project at all times and made sure I was always aware of what was going on in my house. When we met, Neev prepared me that this project would take anywhere between three weeks to a month. Imagine my surprise when the whole remodel was done and over with in two and a half weeks! I was so pleasantly surprised that I decided to hire Neev and the Treeium team to also take care of my Kitchen. I met with the Treeium designer and similarly to the bathroom job, the Kitchen was completed in a timely fashion and the end result came out beautiful! To whomever is reading this review, don’t waste your time by looking anywhere else. I strongly recommend Treeium and specifically Neev Kugel to take care of any of your remodeling needs. They did an amazing job for me and I know that I will hire them again in the future! Treeium Review I had a superb experience with Treeium. I got new white Shaker cupboards and drawers which were very high quality, self closing, well made, and nicely finished, beautiful glass tile backsplash and the most wonderful grayish tile floor that looks like "natural stone" but is actually flat and east to clean. Assaf Labi was project manager, who oversaw every detail and with the help of Noam checked with me DAILY to see that I was happy, to communicated what time the next day the crew would be coming etc. Assaf gave me a list of the steps of the remodel and approximate days to complete. They came on site nearly daily to be sure everything was done well and as needed to be. Then after the project was completed they came back for 3 days touching up and making sure everything was just perfect. The crews were professional, polite, trustworthy and hard working. Remodeling is so stressful with no kitchen or laundry-but Assaf made it so much better. I now have the most gorgeous beautiful kitchen, more so than I ever dreamed, nice clean water in new pipes and a more useful roomy laundry room. Thank you Assaf, Noam and all the good people at Treeium. I can recommend them without any hesitation!! PS I got all new appliances which Treeium installed but were not part of contract

Very good. We had the house exterior stucco and woodwork including the eaves, garage door, and front yard fencing repaired, sanded and painted, a large gate replaced, an exterior entry door replaced and a bathroom painted. New rain gutters. A big job. Even the windows got washed. This was best Contractor I've dealt with. Everyone was honest, patient and worked hard to finish on time and get it right. Most importantly, to me, the project manager, Jacke Mair from the original meeting/estimate/contract wasn't pushy, had great suggestions, set a schedule that was followed and kept me constantly in the loop with texts, pictures and calls. Important because this was my Mother's house and I live out of town and could only visit periodically during the project. The crews were great. If I spotted anything that needed changing they cheerfully adjusted so everything was right. Cleanup was great. They weren't happy until we were happy. A Good experience. I'll use them again.

For all these projects Guy Borenstein, senior supervisor, along with Maya Orlova, project manager, and her team of professionals have brought a wealth of knowledge and expertise. During each project , we were kept fully informed. The team arrived on time,made sure to clean up the area before leaving, and concluded the project on time. Guy is the ultimate professional. He makes sure that every detail is done to perfection. Maya is a wealth of knowledge in using every inch of space to the fullest advantage. Her expertise in tile selection and color coordination is brilliant. Mika,Lyle, Javier,Moses, Rene, and a few others have been the team of experts on all these projects. We call them the A team. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. We would recommend this team to all.

This was our second time we used Treeium for our house update. Guy Borenstein, Maya and the entire painting team did a fabulous job. They patched, sanded and painted each room including all closets. The painters made sure to protect our furniture and floors before starting each day. The entire job was done in 4 days and we are so happy with the results.

We filled out the application and within a few weeks I found out that Treeum is going to sponsor my poroject and I will be receiving a new bathroom remodel at no charge . I never won anything in my life and can't believe this was happing to me.Within 3-4 weeks my bathroom was completed and it came out better then I ever dreamed of. We couldn't be happier. Guy Borenstein and Project Manager Maya are very professional. Guy had a vision on designing a luxury bath from a very small space. Maya has made the plan a reality as well as being very helpful in selecting the tiles and paint colors. Guy and Maya kept us informed each day on what to expect as well as being very easy to contact if we had concerns. The crews are excellent craftsmen. They arrive on time, get the job done and clean up before they go home. If we ever have an opportunity to have more remodeling done, we will call Treeium and ask for Guy Bornstein, Maya and her crew.

I hired Treeium for two jobs. In both cases, the jobs were completed per specifications of the contract agreement and on time. The roof has performed perfectly during our recent rains. The wood trim and paint repair give the house a very fresh look. The trim job was not easy. It included scrapping off loose and peeling paint. It also included shaving off old nails from the eave of the main roof and then repainting the eave. Thanks to Eli Gerloy, Senior Project Manager and the Treeium team for their excellent customer service, high quality work, and competitive pricing.

We found Treeium on HomeAdvisor.com and hired them based on the site?s good ratings. 6/22/2015 ? Contract Signed Contract amount $16,000 $1,000 down payment 7/23/2015 ? Problem #1 Before my husband and I signed the contract, Eli measured our bathroom to put an estimate together. He told us that we had plenty of space to enlarge the shower by several inches there was37? between the shower wall and the wall next to the toilet. Eli said the building code requires only 30?. So we agreed to extend the shower 3?-4? and add a taller pony wall (to replace the existing 6? wall). Unfortunately, he did not document the shower extension in the contract. Eli also told us that we had to buy a special canned light fixture (very expensive) to meet code requirements. He also said that the code required us to install a particular light switch that automatically turns on when you enter the bathroom and off when you leave. These items are included in the total cost. After demolition and a good amount of the framing and cementing was in progress, we saw that the shower actually decreased 4-6 inches making it too small to use. It was obviously wrong, so we don't know why the subcontractor didn?t alert us. When I asked the subcontractor why it wasn?t brought to our attention, he said that he was simply following Eli?s instruction to build a pony wall, but he had to build it to code. The subcontractor explained the building code requirements. When we described what Eli told us about extending the shower, the subcontractor told us how he thought the problem occurred. Building code requires a minimum of 15? between the toilet and a wall both sides of the toilet. The side next to the shower was already near the 15? requirement; however, the other side of the toilet had more than enough clearance. When Eli measured the space before we signed the contract, he measured the entire space between the shower and the wall next to the toilet. More than enough room to expand the shower, Eli told us. We contacted Eli and asked how this grievous an error could happen. Eli came to the house and re-measured while the subcontractor explained why he decreased the shower. They spoke in another language. Eli became very defensive and told my husband and myself that we should have been watching so we could have discovered the earlier.With a bullish demeanor, Eli said he never talked about expanding the shower. Our argument to Eli was why would we agree to a shower that my husband couldn?t fit. Eli just kept saying, this is what we agreed to, and it will cost more money to change it; removing and rebuilding the new pony wall, moving the toilet plumbing several inches, and re-mopping the shower floor. Eli insisted it was our fault, and the cost to change it was $1,600. Eli told us that construction would continue as is or stop the project entirely unless we agree to pay the charge that night. After spending a lot of time questioning the validity of the cost, Eli said he would share the cost 50/50 to help us out. He was firm that 50/50 was all he would do so we reluctantly agreed, feeling we had no other option. We also discovered via the subcontractor that Eli was incorrect about the building code requiring a special, expensive ceiling light, as well as the automated on/off light switch. Neither were installed, although we did install a new, standard canned light. Problem #2 The quartz vanity top was installed with the same quartz as a back splash, contrary to our instructions that we wanted glass tile back splash. In fact, the glass tile was already purchased and in the garage with the other supplies they were installing. I called Eli the minute I saw the mistake (after the workers left). Eli denied we ever asked for glass tile and complained about how much wasted on buying a full slab of quartz. He sounded angry and asked me why I didn?t notice it before his workers left. He said that he couldn?t call the workers to come back. So I removed the three back splash pieces myself before the .adhesive thoroughly dried. Problem #3 When the shower footprint was corrected, and the mudding of the walls complete, we discovered that the plumbing was not right. There was no connection for the handheld shower. In spite of informing Eli when we signed the contract and purchasing the plumbing fixtures in advance, it was incorrect. They had to break through the new cement to fix the plumbing to accommodate the handheld. Problem #4 When installing the shower tile, the tiler cut the hole too big for the handheld fixture (right picture). The fix: use a larger flange to cover the incorrect hole. 8/9/2015 - Problem #5 On or about 8/9, the plastic covering was removed from the face of the small decorative glass tiles previously adhered to the wall and the tiles were grouted. When we inspected the work, there were numerous broken, chipped, and in one case missing tiles. The tile setter directly grouted over the flaws. There was a good deal of extra tile so don't understand why he didn?t replace the bad ones. Also, the tile work was extremely uneven; wavy and not flat. When we brought the poor workmanship to Eli?s attention, he said (and repeated several times in the days to come) that was our fault for choosing a tile that is so difficult to install. He agreed to have the tile setter return and dig out the damaged tiles and replace them (see problem #7). Problem #6 On or about 8/9, we noticed that the newly installed toilet was crooked (right picture), and the toilet seat was improperly attached. When the subcontractor came to fix it, we discovered that not only was the toilet seat not attached correctly, the toilet itself was not properly bolted to the floor. 8/13/2015- Problem #7 The tile setter returned at 8:00 A.M. to fix the broken and crooked decorative tile. Within minutes, he called me into the bathroom to show me something and proceeded to grope me sexually. I was home alone, so I immediately called my husband who in turn, called Eli and the police.The subcontractor immediately called the tile setter to tell him to leave the house immediately, which he did. The police arrived and wrote a report#15-37027 (Simi Valley). A full investigation took place, and while according to the detective, the tile setter admitted that he may have accidently touched me when he walked by, there were no witnesses and enough evidence to pursue a sexual assault. On 8/17/2015, in response to the groping incident, Eli, the subcontractor, and Eran Zered (in charge of all contractors)came to our home for a ?meeting? at 5:00 P.M. After spending about one hour talking amongst themselves in the street, they finally came to the door. Almost immediately after sitting down, Eli said that ?we don?t know this actually happened until the police finish their investigation?. Eran Zared, introduced himself as the head of Treeium contractors and quickly said that Treeium is not liable for the assault because Treeium thoroughly checks all employees as part of their hiring process, including criminal background, as part of Treeium?s hiring practice. Eran said there was no way they could predict this and likened it to the German pilot who crashed an airline into a mountain. Eran also said he questioned the validity of the assault because they?ve never had any problems with this tile setter, although he was a relatively new employee. Eran Zared told us that the tile setter was let go as a precautionary measure. My husband and I told Eran about our dissatisfaction with Treeium?s services starting from day-one, and the assault was just the final straw. We recounted to Eran Zared every problem we had, including being pressed to pay $800 for Treeium?s mistake. We felt no concern from Eran and he didn?t respond to any of our complaints. He just kept asking ?what needs to be done to get this project completed to my husband and my satisfaction?? He said that he would consider lowering the $800 we owed and let us know ?later.? We were frustrated, and I asked Eran to explain what exactly we are getting for Treeium?s high cost. Eran?s reply was?because we?re here; we come back to rectify our mistakes and other companies don't.? My husband and I both felt that Eli and Eran?s posture was arrogant,non-conciliatory, defensive, and intimidating (bullish). Eran and Eli inspected the bathroom while mumbling to each other in another language. They ultimately agreed to send someone out to finish fixing the tile. They said they wanted to do whatever needed to make us happy and get the job finished. When the men left that night, they again huddled in the street talking amongst themselves for at least an hour. The meetings in the street were extremely disconcerting. On 8/21/2015, someone did show up and worked on the tile. While much improved, there were still multiple areas overlooked. We continued to find broken and chipped tiles and had to call the subcontractor back out to fix them. This happened two or three times before the subcontractor said he couldn?t continue coming over to repair these minor issues. At that, we stopped calling. The majority of problems were fixed by that time anyway. After that, I spent several days scraping grout off the tiles to make decorative tiles look finished. 9/2/2015 ? Project Completion On 9/2/2015, the project was officially completed. To make up for the stress of the assault, Eli knocked off ½ of the $800 we owed for fixing the shower (see Problem #1). So in the end, we paid $400 to fix Treeium?s mistake. Problem #8 A minor issue when compared to the others but shows the accumulation of problems. From the day the sink faucet was installed, it would not give hot water. After the completing the project, I discovered that when installing the faucet, the hot water hose got kinked. We unkinked the hose, and there was hot water. We have pictures, but this site won't let me upload them.

Ari Miller from Treeium was awesome as a general contractor. He was there from start to finish and was punctual with updates to the schedule. We needed all of the work done in three weeks before hosting a wedding at our house. The front and back yards turned out great and we had many positive comments from our guests. I highly recommend Treeium and especially Ari for all your landscaping and remodeling projects.
