Home Remodeling by Treeium Inc

When my wife and I needed to hire a contractor to renovate or kitchen and 2 and 2 1/2 bathrooms we turned to Home Advisor for references. We needed a contractor whom we could trust and have confidence the job will get done on time and within budget. We interviewed 3 companies but finally decided to go with Avi Sushan and Treeium inc. They were not the cheapest bidder to be honest. But When deciding to do a project with substantial funds involved it came down to who we felt we could trust and have a good working relationship. We found that person in Avi Shushan. From beginning to end he helped us through the entire process from design concept to construction and finish. All the while keeping us constantly informed on the process through text and email. As with any project of this size there were hiccups along the way but his constant communication and helpful suggestions smoothed over the rough spots. Budget wise as I stated previously there were some unavoidable changes that had to be made but they were handled quickly and for a reasonable amount and we were able to stay within our time table Overall we were exceptionally please with our experience with Avi and Treeium. The finished product exceeded what we had envisioned for the project and my wife is very satisfied with the outcome so I’m satisfied. LOL

We have received amazing service from our project manager Lior Lazarovich and our designer Natali. We have hired Treeium for a complete kitchen remodel and we could not be more please. Lior has helped us every step of the way. From the time of our first meeting we were impressed with his knowledge and with the information he provided to us. Since that time we have come to appreciate him even more. He is patient, flexible, honest and available to answer our questions and concerns in a timely manner. I encourage you to meet with him. You will not be disappointed.

Our job went great. I would highly recommend Sam who was our project manager. He was extremely thorough, always kept us notified of status of project, maintained frequent contact so we always knew where the project stood. The quality was excellent. Sam introduced us to great resources for purchasing our tile, vanity, plumbing fixtures, shower door, etc. The savings we were able to achieve helped us do some additional work. We are very detail oriented and picky... and Sam and the team accommodated every request we made. I could not be more happy. We LOVE our new bathroom.

After the remodel of our kitchen by Treeium, a few minor repairs had to be done. I have worked closely with Gina, who has done a great job coordinating between the contractors and me to make sure that everything was satisfactory. Gina has great follow through and wonderful communication skills. I really enjoyed working with her.

Understandably (at first) person for quote was busy. Changed time of appointment (no problem), then changed day of appointment. I let him know any time after 10 am and to let me know what time. The text response was "k". After that nothing. I sent a text to let them know Service would not be required" Disappointed

I am very happy with my kitchen remodel experience with Treeium. My project manager Dorel Zander along with Avihen Levanon exceeded my expectations. They completely explained the process and were very patient with my many questions and concerns. They were just a call away for anything I needed. I called and texted Dorel numerous times and he was always quick to respond. Avihen suggested extending the flooring used in the kitchen to my dining and living room and the result was stunning, it gave my whole house a new, fresh look. The project was completed within the time frame quoted and I am completely happy with my new kitchen.

Avi Shushan did a great job managing the project from start to finish! Great job overall and not the cheapest price, but good value for service.

Unbelievably well!! Oded Rahom my project manager was professional and kept his crew scheduled with little downtime. He constantly kept me informed of what was to happen next, and always always followed up. Fantastic company, I am looking for something else for them to do! Love them

I want to share how pleased we are with the recent remodeling job by Treeium. We got several bids first, then selected them to remodel our newly purchased home in NoHo. They completed the following: Six windows replaced, Total bathroom gut and remodel. Demolition of a stone fireplace with new drywall and texturing to replace it. Painting of entire interior of the home. Removal and replacement of kitchen tile. We are thrilled with the craftsmanship of their work. Eli was very responsive as our lead contractor and was aware of our crazy time constraints, as we had to be in our new house in only 3 weeks. We would definitely use Treeium again. :)

We had Allen Nagar from Treeium show up to the appointment and I was very impressed by his level of professionalism and knowledge. I explained to him that I was having some difficulty borrowing down the companies I wanted to work with and he provided very valuable information how how to fully research a company. We are currently waiting to get back our detailed bid for our light remodel. I am happy that we are going to get one. The other contractors that have stopped by have failed to provide any bids. Treeium has a high level of professionalism from booking the appointment, to sending me the contact information of the contractor before he showed up on my door step. Thank you guys! Hopefully we can work with them.

Still in process but the work so far is excellent

A year ago I remodel my home with Treeium and i loved the outcome. Due to a defective floor from the manufacturer, I called Treeium about the issue. Gina Cada was so nice and helpful in responding to my request in having them come and inspect the issue at hand. Following my conversation with Gina who was very helpful, I met up with Greg Knemeyer and Yoan. They checked the floor and saw that the clips that maintained the floating floor together were breaking apart. Greg and Yoan were very helpful in explaining to me what the issue was and how it could be fixed. Greg and Yoans team did a wonderful job in reinstalling my new flooring as easy as 123. I loved the new outcome thanks to Gina, Greg and Yoan my house is complete again.

Itay and his team were very thorough, responsive, courteous, and professional. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat.

Professional, up front, and extremely well executed. The pricing was clear...the installation on time as promised, passed inspection the first time and the quality of the work was excellent.

I contacted Treeium for a furnace. They were quick to respond with a quote and even quicker to install and pass city inspection like a breeze. They go far and beyond and exceed your expectations. Great company to deal with from beginning to end. Lizzette from finances is so helpful. Avihen Levanon is an amazing contractor answers all your questions even if there simple. He takes you through the whole process from beginning to end. Their employees who do the labor are very respectful and efficient. After the work for a furnace in my other property was done. I contacted Treeium for other home improvement projects. They provided me with a quotes and as soon as we gave the okay they started the work. I had my roof re-roofed and it was effortless. I say effortless for the reason that my roof isn't like most houses it's a flat roof and the roofer who did prior work didn't know what he was doing. Which gave in to water coming through and giving me leaks. We loved the way how my contractor Avihen Levanon explained every detail to us. He explained how my roof would be done step by step and showed me examples when I needed it and he even went over my expectation when I saw my roof finished. He elevated it to help draw out the water from puddling. Through this whole process it was wonderful. It only took 4 days to get it done and that was because of the weather. Knowing that your roof was done right and no more leaks was a peace of mind I hadn't had in a while. After I had my roof done. Treeium began the next phrase for general remodeling. Our contractor Avihen Levanon explained each phrase of the way as the interior of my house was being constructed. We selected how we wanted specific areas to look. But to our amazement our contractor Avihen went above and beyond what would have imagined. It was like walking into a different house. The house we lived in for twenty years was not the same it was so much more better. They leveled my floors , installed laminate flooring, installed a new central furnace, upgraded my electrical panel, redesigned the bathrooms and remodel my kitchen completely, upmost to say that we fell in love at first sight when they finished installing my my kitchen cabinets. Through every phrase my contractor Avihen Levanon kept us informed of what work was being done, when inspection by the city was scheduled and even the ladies in the production office were so nice when I had a question about an invoice or called in for payment. Overall, our contractor and Treeium made it a stress free remodel for our family couldn't have asked for a better company to have done the work; Treeium delivered. Best investment I've done.

We were searching for a general contractor to help with a bathroom remodel that would make the space elderly-friendly. After narrowing the field to 5 companies that we found through Home Advisor, we decided to go with Treeium even though their quote was in the middle of the pack because of their solid reputation and great reviews on various websites. Our project manager was Dorel, who was quite involved and kept us informed throughout the entire construction process. He was easy to reach and if I had questions, he was ready with answers or suggestions. Robert, the foreman, and his staff worked very hard and even came on weekends when necessary. I appreciated their keeping the work area contained and clean after leaving for the day. There were a few times when scheduling conflicts, illness, transportation problems prevented work from being done; however, overall the entire construction process went as smooth as we had hoped. We have several friends who have remodeling projects in the works and we would not hesitate to recommend Treeium.

The Irvine team, headed by Farid are so professional. I appreciate all the workers from the demo team to the tile men to the plumbers. They are polite, personable, receptive to questions and input, clean up when they are done and very good at what they do. You will not regret hiring this team. Kara

After interviewing several contractors, for a kitchen remodel, we awarded the contract to Treeium, and I am glad we did. From the onset, they were professional, clean, neat, reliable, and the end result is an amazing kitchen that we love. Our Project manager was Assaf Labi. He and his team of experts came in measured drew and gave us a quote. From start to finish Assaf coordinated everything. We talked to him on a daily basis. He texted to make sure all was clean when the crew left for the evening. I was amazed that even during the demolition phase, there was no dust in adjoining rooms. They had the place sealed tight. The quality of our cabinets is outstanding and the workmanship for installation if perfect. Their designer came up with different ideas. We kept making changes until we were happy. She knew her stuff. I highly recommend Treeium for any remodel you want to do. They are a reliable company. With all the nightmares you hear about contractors, we did not experience any problems.

The remodel of the kitchen is incredible. We knocked down three walls, added an island with a hood, extended the house, moved doors...! What a scary thought it seemed. However, Treeium and especially our Project Manager Lior Lazaroch made the whole process simple. Even when our house tried to make things difficult... Lior and his team were quick with a remedy that kept the project on track. Now that the house is completed... I can’t believe it’s the same house. It looks completely different and my wife and I are having a huge Super Bowl party to celebrate (what seems like) our new house! Thank you again, Treeium and Lior Lazarovich our Project Manager!

his is our 2nd experience with Treeium. This time adding a walk in closet to our bedroom. The service was professional, on time and on quote. Jacke is awesome to work with. It's so awesome to know that we get exactly what we expect with no stress.

This year my wife and I decided to get our kitchen remodeled. After a handful of estimates and careful evaluation, we went with Treeium. This review is more about our Project Manager Jacke Mair. Jacke is a consummate professional. He consistently delivered on all his promises and always made us feel that he had our best interest in mind. From the very beginning, Jacke worked with us on providing the best possible value within our budget, provided design advice and was very patient while we reviewed our options. Even when things went wrong with our Kitchen Floor (home remodeling is unpredictable and inevitably, unforeseen issues will arise), Jacke worked out a deal to have our floor redone. Treeium is a stand up company and they stood behind their project Manager Jacke Mair. While Treeium is not the least costly of all the different companies we reviewed, having Jacke as our Project Manager was well worth the extra cost.

It's still in progress. They will be charging us for the remodel. So far, they're an "A", but they aren't very far in. So far, we would use them again. They're creative and professional. What stood out was their professionalism and the time in business with pretty good reviews. My first impression of the company and the workers were good.

They did an excellent. I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.

Erez Shifferman was our project coordinator. We moved our of state while the work was being done. Erez was great and very easy to work with remotely - he kept in touch regularly, also often sending photos of progress. He handled purchasing of items, so that we didn't have to worry about that. He gave us confidence that Treeium was doing good work while we were many miles away, and made it a stress-free experience for us. After the work was done, we made a quick trip back to see it in-person. We were very satisfied with the overall quality of work by Treeium.
