Description of Work: I hired Treeium for my remodeling project and couldn’t be happier with my decision. I had a wonderful experience with the company and my project manager Guy Borestein. He was always available for me throughout the entire process. He gave us an excellent customer service. Out project turned out great. Once again thank you Treeium for a job well done.

Description of Work: Very good sub contractors and workers. Communication and timing a little off but overall a good experience. They would be especially good for "eco-friendly" remodeling. We were more interested in "aging at home" remodeling in the bathroom.

Description of Work: I called Treeium to mediate mold that grew up the walls of a small closet located under my stairs. Sam was the project manager and I had used him in a prior kitchen and bathroom renovation. The previous renovation came out very well and I even mentioned Sam by name on Yelp giving him and the company a 5 star review. |This renovation did not go well. |Sam did respond to my call in a very timely manner which was good. |He outright LIED about getting a mold test for $500 but wrote it up at $1,000. |Wrote the contract up so vaguely it was difficult to discern what each particular thing cost. For instance: Tankless and Tile was $10K but how do you know how much the tankless water heater cost? I had picked out a tankless water heater online and showed it to him. He said, You do want it to pump water upstairs don't you? You will need a pump to go with that. Paint and drywall was also $10K; no breakdown of labor and materials, just a flat rate. What I was told by Sam was that, 'I know this is a lot but you will get most of your money back from the insurance company'. This was my first homeowner's claim and I have learned that the insurance company know's how much restoration will cost down to the penny which was 25% of this bill. |During the draping process to quarantine the affected mold infested area my ceiling was damaged. When the painter, who barely spoke any English, was finished for the day flat paint was applied to my semi gloss ceiling. There were also clear paint lines where the new pain was but not blended very well. |I had a tankless water purchased and installed by the company. The water heater worked and continues to work well however, I was not provided an invoice for the product, only a owner's manual. The issue I had with that was I had investigated and learned that there was a rebate offer for tankless water heaters and there was one for this particular heater. Without an invoice I could not claim the rebate. |I had no letter to confirm that the mold had been remediated prior to starting the restoration. Other vendors had sent me hard copies of my asbestos and lead test results but I had no pre or post mediation test results. |It was small things like my rusted out water heater sitting on my patio for approx. 5 days requiring me to bring this up to Sam that was disappointing to the big things: outright lie about the mold test pricing. No letter of mold remediation, poor workmanship in regards to the ceiling, atrocious manner that the contract was written up making it impossible to know how much any one particular service (paint, drywall, tankless water heater, etc.) would cost, to Sam asking for and accepting a check for $22K prior to work being completed. |I felt really stupid for letting things get that bad and felt that I allowed myself to be duped. Thankfully, I found the strength to place a stop payment on that check and I found a Forensics Construction Expert. |The cost for the mold remediation was $5,300 and restoration was $24,000 bring the total to $29,000! |This issue was resolved and the bill was reduced dramatically but I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Premium prices for mediocre work. My poor rating does not include all people who work for this company but it does specifically refer this project manager who ABSOLUTELY took advantage of my fear lack of knowledge regarding construction.

Description of Work: Excellent & professional from initial contact through the completion of our job. Always available for any questions or concerns and responsive in a timely manner. We would definitely use Treeium again for any future projects.

Description of Work: Completely demolished my 1960's style kitchen. Installed tile on kitchen floor and wood laminate in dining room. Removed old wallpaper and painted walls; removed popcorn ceiling and prepped and painted the ceiling. Provided and installed new cabinets and drawers, all with soft-close, including two floor to ceiling pantries, with ball bearing sliding drawers below waist level, large "U"-shaped Blue Pearl granite counter top. Provided and installed recessed lighting; installed two new electrical boxes. Installed new gas range with hood, installed stainless steel sink. Completely replaced plumbing under sink. painted the entire kitchen and dining room. Installed tile in 5' x 10' entryway.

Description of Work: I got a quote from Treeium Eco Home Remodeling for a bathroom remodel, but I did not end up going with them.

Description of Work: Remove old windows. Haul away old windows and debris. Provided new double pane low 'e' windows. Install new windows.

Description of Work: We remodeled our bathroom right after my husbands birthday and Treeium did an excellent job! They finished the job before the scheduled date, the level of customer service is unbelievable. Now we want to remodel the rest if our house in the summer.

Description of Work: My overall experience with Treeium was good. They are a very professional company and they know exactly how to help each customer. From the first phone call I was impressed. The lady that answered the phone was professional and was able to help me and scheduled a meeting appointment instantly. The gentlemen I met with was very nice knowledgeable. To be honest with you he didn't not give me the cheapest quote, but literally I could not be happier with the way everything turned out. His crew war always prepared, always ready to work. They had excellent communication skills on a duly basis. Every time I called the office someone answered the phone and answered all my questions.
