Fidelity Builders and Design

We used Fidelity builders and design for 2 remodeling projects at our house. The remodeling projects were to completely remodel our master bathroom and to remodel the front yard of the house. The 2 remodeling project went one after the other and it show by itself how happy we were with the overall work and service that we got. Tal and his working team were easygoing, helpful and comprehensive. When there was a problem that came up during any stage of the work, Tal and the workers took care of it immediately and fixed it. Before we hired Fidelity Builders and Design for our house, we had to be sure that we keep a close eye on the remodeling progress and that’s why we know that we will have to do the remodeling with a very reliable contractor. If we have any additional remodeling work to do in the future we will call Fidelity builders and design first.

Tal was the perfect contractor and person to hire and work with for our remodeling project at our house. Tal knew perfectly how to listen to what we want and to guide us through the progress of the design and execution of the project while coordinating with the entire people at his team on the job site. He took the time to meet with us and to give his ideas to improve the project so it will be no less than perfect. Our kitchen project was managed personally by him and he made sure to inform us about any changes that made it better. On top of that, he didn’t add any hidden charges to the final invoice and all the issues that came up during the work were handled by the team in a very professional way. Now that our kitchen project is finished, we are very happy to come back home at the end of each day and to seat and enjoy our family quality time. Highly recommended company to work with.

Tal Mechaly was extremely useful when we hired him and his people to design and rebuild our new kitchen and laundry room. Tal helped us select the new stunning marble slab for the new island that he implemented in the design and the gorgeous chandelier above it because the island that he designed for us included table as well. Tal Mechaly was amazing at selecting all the paint colors combinations and with his design… he was able to pull it all together as one piece of art kitchen. Tal Mechaly was very easygoing person to work with, with excellent creativity skills and his thinking outside of the box ability was beyond believes.

From all of the other construction companies that we spoke and met with, Fidelity builders and design were the 4th company that gave us a quote for the work and they were the fairest from all the rest. The master bathroom remodeling project was completed within the agreed scope, on the promised time and within our budget. For my kitchen remodeling project, we did a good research about who can do that work on the best side and at fair price and from all the ones that we liked what we saw and met with, we received estimates and compare them one with the other. From the final 4 companies, we hired at the end Tal and Fidelity builders and design. Tal did an amazing job and was with us each stage of the progress. We have a large space of potential kitchen Tal was able to create a stunning kitchen using most of the space while still giving it an open space feeling. Before and during the work, Tal always able to provide us with many great ideas that just improved the design of the kitchen and followed through. We will use him again on future projects.

We just finished the remodeling of our kitchen and master bathroom remodeling project by Fidelity builders and design. We truly don’t have anything bad to say or write about them OTHER than only good things. As part of the remodeling of the kitchen, Tal was able to include a good size of new island and also new counter top and all the cabinets. Our house required a lot of work because of his age and because it’s been a long time since it was remodeled or upgraded. We met with Tal at our house and we fell in love with his 3D design and ideas because it proved to us that he really understood what we wanted and visioned. He clearly knew all the aspects of the modern remodeling approach that we wanted for our kitchen and bathroom. More than that, he also helped us to select all the right materials including the colors scheme. Very professional and nice working crew that worked in fast phase and finished the work pretty fast.

We spoke and scheduled an in home meeting with Fidelity Builders & design and we met with Tal. After that meeting, we knew that’s he is the one who should manage our home remodeling project. Tal did a wonderful job my designing and planning the kitchen that we really wanted and dreamed of. Our delay with the project was because we took a loan that will cover the remodeling expenses. At the end when we got approved, we called again to Tal and he came back to our house several days after and because we had everything planed already, all we had to do is to sign the contract. The remodeling project started immediately and Tal was at our house each day and monitored every task while talking to us and making sure that we are happy with the progress. Our fear was the stress that come with the remodeling but Tal really made sure that it will be a fun one. Tal kept us informed about each section of the remodeling work and he even texted us pictures of the work. We really enjoyed having them at our house and when they finished the remodeling project, they even gave us a nice gift with chocolates! Overall Fidelity Builders & Design is a wonderful construction company and we are very happy that we hired them.

We met with Tal and we were fascinated when he showed us his past projects of kitchens, bathrooms and other remodeling projects. After our meeting with him, we decided to hire him for our kitchen, bathrooms, living rooms remodeling project. Because we are professional chefs, we wanted to have a large open space that can be also as an entertainment center with large kitchen where we can host all of our friends, family and guests who visit our house often. His ideas and recommendations were totally to the point. He understood our vision very fast and after he showed us what he would like to do with the potential space, we fell in love with that and we signed the contract of the work. In addition to the kitchen, we also remodeled the bathrooms at the house and they also came out much nicer than we imagined. The selection of all the finishes, appliances, floors etc.. Our project manager with the office staff designed, planned and built the whole remodeling project and he controlled and overseen all the crew of skilled people that caused everything to go according to the plans. The people at Fidelity Builders and Design are high quality and skilled people including the carpenter, tile man, granite installer, painters, and more... they were all high quality people that were the reason why our remodeling project is a success. The kitchen at our house is not big but gorgeous thanks to Tal and his crew of skilled professionals at Fidelity Builders and Design. We can’t be more pleased and satisfied with the new oak wood cabinets and all the new stainless steel appliances that upgraded our house to date. I think I called about 10 different contractors before I narrowed the contractor who I was going to hire for my garage conversion/room addition. I had Googled, Los Angeles construction company, Construction Contractor, room addition contractor and garage conversion contractor until I came across Fidelity Builders and Design. I decided to go with them, not because they were cheaper or more expensive, but because they had solid reviews from other clients and because I went to visit the owner to his office in Van Nuys. Everything checked out with them. Plus the owner is a down to earth guy. I guess you can say this is a family owned business because it looked like everyone in there was working in harmony. Anyways, if all is well, it ends well. My garage conversion/room addition was finished one week ahead of time which was great. I now have extra income from this garage conversion/room addition. This company is highly recommended.

We did our remodeling project with Fidelity builders & design. The value of the kitchen cabinets, counter tops, flooring and paint was much more above our expectations. The planning and design process was very simple and fast. They designed a great 3D drawings that included all the modifications to the space, how the finished kitchen will look like and even the colors and style. This helped us to really see a clear picture of what we will get. The construction progress was easy and we are pleased with the finished remodeling project. Our project manager and his workers were great to work with and we are sure that we will hire them for additional projects in the future. Fidelity builders and design exceeded my high expectations when in regards to the remodeling of my 2 bathrooms, Kitchen and living room. Their overall price for the entire remodeling was very comparable and at the end, I even got few additional things that were not included at the original estimate. The work was progresses fast due to the fact that Tal made sure to have as many crews working at the same time each day of the week and they made sure to respect my house by making sure that the house will stay as clean as they could (mainly after the demolition stage). Tal went with me for few days to select and shop for all the final materials that I needed to have for the remodeling including the appliances and lighting fixtures… I especially appreciated the working crew that did the actual work, they were hardworking people, honest, trustworthy and easy people to talk to.
