A project that should take 4 to 6 weeks to complete, this company is unable to deliver on numerous promises to finish installation of front and side gates and front and side fencing even after giving them 9 months to deliver. Clearly giving us the clients the run around and in fact emotional distress.

My family and I just relocated back to LA from Arizona. Bought a home that we intended to remodel and upgrade with a new kitchen and bath, new roof, new paint for both interior and exterior, new flooring, and a new Room addition. So she that I found feel at home builders through Angie's list and was amazed at how many good reviews they have. So, I decided to get a bit from them. I got a bid from 5 construction companies and total ranging from 75000 to 250000. I need to understand why each bid was significantly different than the other in price, so I contacted them all and told them to email me a break down of their bids and also walk me through the schedule of work. Some, didn't send me the E mail, others didn't make much sense, Joe and another company where the easiest to understand. But you could tell Joe had more genuine care and love for the project. I felt it. Joe understood my budget, my timeline, and was pertinent on making sure my family and I knew exactly what would be going on with the construction from a to Z. Permits were pulled, engineering and blue prints were done properly, customer service were on their a game. All in all, I had a remarkable experience with this home building stuff that I thought would be a nightmare. You rock Joe!!

They were very good and reliable. The company was very respectable and their work was very clean. I like the way they work and they were very professional.

Joe the owner was amazing, he communicated well and he was very professional, his ideas were great and he was very creative, he gave new ideas and layout, and it was nice, his pricing was very competitive, he was not the cheapest but I prefer quality over cost of the work. He brings extra value to the work.

It was excellent. They're just good at understanding what you want and very good at communicating before and during the job. The owner does 3D design that is very helpful.

I called Joe to take a look at one of my properties. He came same day and was able to send over a proposal 10 minutes after we got off the phone. Considering that I live in New York and I have several properties in California, I am now so certain that I can rest assure knowing that with one phone call Joe will take care of my properties remodels; landscaping, pavers, pergolas, decks and many other outdoor remodels. He is very good with communication and always responds in a timely manner. I HIGHLY recommend Joe and his crew.
