DECO BRASS

I had the same experience as the customer above. We ordered 2 medicine cabinets for our bathroom remodel. The order was placed the end of Oct. and a 3-week delivery estimate was stated. About 4 weeks later I called to check in and they said the cabinets had arrived. I went to get them and only 1 was there. They confirmed that both cabinets had been ordered and delivered so they'd call the warehouse to find the other one and contact me. A week later I called them and they hadn't found the cabinet. They said that the 2nd one hadn't been delivered and it was the vendor's fault. They assured me that the 2nd one would arrive within a week because of this mistake. I called at least 5 times over the next 3 weeks, simply requesting an update on the status and no one ever called me back. They knew we were on a tight schedule as I was 7 months pregnant and we were trying to complete the remodel before the baby arrived. Finally I had had enough and expressed my upset with a manager and all of a sudden my representative (I think his name was Mark) got on the phone and let me know the cabinet had arrived. When I went in he continued to blame the vendor and took no responsibility for the delay or unreturned calls. I used to be a sales manager and don't understand how anyone could keep their job or stay in business by not responding to client's requests for weeks at a time. Even though Deco Brass is the company closest to our house, we would never use them again. I recommend Pacific Sales and Ferguson. We worked with both during our remodel and had good experiences with both.

VERY POOR. I ORDERED AND PAID IN ADVANCE FOR A SINK. THEY CALLED TO SAY IT WAS IN. WENT TO PICK UP, THEY CAN'T FIND IT. NO APOLOGIES. NO FOLLOW UP PHONE CALL ON PROGRESS.
