They were very good, on-time, did the work cleanly and correctly.

Oak tree was spitting apart near the base wher two main trunks came together. I called Bruce on a friend's recommendation. Bruce's Tree Service came out fairly promptly and trimmed the tree sufficiently to take wait off the trunks. They strung a single cable between the trunks to bind the together. This was during a month when foliage was off the tree and the tree was domant. As the tree leafed out, the cable pulled out. I called to get him out to replace the cable and he told me he would come the next week. He didn't. I called him again and again he said he would come out by the end of the week. After that, I could only reach his answering machine and he wouldn't call back. No follow=through. I eventually had to call another tree service, King Tree Care Co., based on Angie's List, as I should have in the first place. They put in a double cable of better quality and put a long bolt through the main trunk to hold it together. This cost me another $800+.as a reult of Bruce's ineptatude and lack of follow-up.

They came out pretty quickly especially because we had a big branch down. They did their work and got out of here. One time they were running late but I don't really hold too much against them. Sometimes due to the traffic they are late. It's terrible. Sometimes due to an emergency some where else, they run late. They were alright otherwise. The price too was pretty good and reasonable. I will probably call them in the next spring to come and do my tree. The tree keeps growing. They were fair and they came out pretty reasonably. They did the job and left. Actually I had to leave one time because they were a little late and I had to go for therapy. So I gave my neighbor the cheque. They finished the job and cleaned up. My neighbor gave them the cheque and they were out of here. We will use their services again in the future.
