We have brand new flooring with grout that needed sealing. Ken has been so easy to work with, and he even cleaned up the floor when the contractor left it in a less-than-desirable condition. He also identified (and fixed) some problem areas we overlooked. His willingness to make things right and his overall knowledge and availability is why we chose him over others. Plus, he's a nice guy!

Is there a sixth star we can give Ken? The work done was above any expectations we had, the price was very reasonable, and Ken was great at looking over everything we wanted done and documenting what he would do. Also very flexible when our schedule changed. Now our slate, travertine, concrete patio, pool tiles, stucco, and aggregate walkways and driveway look like the house was just built. Highly recommended!
