They broke my vacuum.

I forgot the details but there were two cleaners for 3 hours of work. One cleaner did most of the work while the other was more like a much younger apprentice. They came in the afternoon after having cleaned another house. They were a little late but filled all three hours. The person who mopped the floor was not really good at the job; I had to follow her around and show her dust and hairs she neglected to clean. Also, after they left there was this weird garbage smell probably coming from the cleaning equipment (from having cleaned another house). The key is that they said they'd send two cleaners but it was more like one cleaner plus one untrained apprentice. After they left I was left with a house that smelled like garbage and wet dust/hair balls in the corners of the rooms.

She ckeaned and always forgot something like the toaster oven or the microwave or dining chairs, She had a girl with ber one day and did not tell me, and the girl threw away prices business catalogues, I tried to talk to the owner and he said that she would return them, She returned about 3 of 20. We also discover later that she broke a couple of items and did not tell us. i called owner again and he NEVER RETURNED MYCALL, They are middle of the road cleaners.
