+ 0 moreJose is a licensed contractor who was punctual, honest and very detailed. He installed new baseboards in the condo, there was minimum waste. Other contractors recommended replacement of mal functioning patio door which would have cost me over $2000.00. Jose fixed it without having to replace. He removed water damaged door and trim and installed new door and trim. I am not going to itemized all his work but I will mention, he was awesome, good worker, very organized and neat. When he was done, I did not need to do any clean up. Was impressed with his work. My friend who is a building inspector was very impressed with Jose's work.
Description of Work: Install baseboards through out the condo. He inspected around the the area for pipes so has to avoid any damage to the pipes. Remove damaged door and trim and install new door and trim. My patio door could not fully close, fix door. Install light fixtures.

+ -1 moreFamily of old tenant still had access to my unit. Emergency call to different companies, Jose promptly returned my call. Communicated expected time of arrival which was accurate He re-keyed 6 locks, inserted new dead bolt and 4 keys with a cost less than what other companies charge for only home visit. My overall experience was excellent. Definitely recommend him to others
