Aggressive & rude workers will harass you ! While working in our building complex .. these workers failed to provide anyone directing traffic or blocking their area of work . Therefore , as i continued to my driveway .. I was met by three men yelling inappropriate words & raising their hands in a harassing way towards me in order for me to stop when they could of easily been more professional about it. The man running the job named Ivan was even ruder mentioning he didn’t care about his attitude when it was their obligation to direct or block traffic in their area. I will mention to my HOA to never recommend this company to any one . Nightmare of workers to to deal with . Picture for reference so you could see Ivan barely putting a sign up after him & his staff verbally attacked me for trying to get into my house.

I appreciated the professionalism of the estimator and the crew. When I was not completely happy with the way one area turned out, they came back out and improved it. I will use Joe's Paving again

There rep came out to gather info and give me an estimate after two days. I then called him after the two days was over and left a message. But I never heard from him again.

Jesse responded quickly when I had told Angie’s list that I was looking for somebody to redo my asphalt. He came around and looked at what needed to be done and immediately advised me that asphalt as old as ours would need to be completely replaced. He took time out to explain why, and what would be needed. He listened carefully to just what we needed and the additional work/expansion that was required. Within a day he had sent a very professional estimate. Meanwhile other recommended contractors had only considered resurfacing rather than redoing. Although interestingly the costs were comparable. At this stage I did a lot of research and realized that redoing was definitely the way to go for a long-term fix. Jesse convinced me that Joe’s was a very professional organization and included a guarantee. We agreed on a time and when Junior and his crew came I saw that they fully lived up to the professional description. They worked quickly and well, and it was fascinating to watch the large, sophisticated equipment come in and remove the old asphalt, and then compress, build out and lay the new asphalt. I was impressed with how many times they compressed and re-did all the different layers and effort that went into making sure that this was a solid undertaking. When they finished they did a very good cleanup job.

We had 5 companies bid for this job. Jesse B. from Joe's Paving took the time to listen to what we wanted and did a great job explaining the scope of the work required. The project was a long narrow driveway shared with two other neighbors. We had to do a combination of concrete and asphalt because of the grade in the drive. They coordinated each section well and worked ahead of schedule. Jesse also helped arrange delivery and installation of rocks for ground cover near the asphalt around our house. Crew was courteous and professional. Thank You Joe’s Paving!

They were not my cheapest quote, but they were considerably less than my most expensive quote. The estimator gave me confidence that the job would be done correctly. He was very thorough, and made sure he understood all the details of the job. The crew came out and knocked the job out in one day. They even fixed a part of my driveway that was not part of the original quote for free. I am very happy with the final product and the service provided by Joe's Paving.

Joes paving was the lowest of the 3 bids. They did the job on time, on budget, and did an excellent job. They were a pleasure to work with and handled the numerous little glitches that arose with easy. Overall they were efficient and professional. I would highly recommend them and would use them again.

Everything went really well. The quality of the work was very good. They were accommodating with our schedule and easy to work with.

It was a very challenging job, we had a very steep hill with a crumbling road and several of the other contractors declined even bidding on it. We had drainage problems and the road was so bad it had to be replaced, an overlay would not work. We obtained a lot of estimates and after talking with Joe's paving it was clear these guys knew what they were talking about. Joe's bid wasn't the cheapest at first glance but when we saw his bid included 3" thick of asphalt, not 1.5" like the others, included the grading that needed and included a seal coat, his estimate was clearly the "best value" and would give the best and longest lasting results. The fact that he had his own equipment and had done difficult jobs like ours was a comfort. This was a community road with 8 homeowners, all with different opinions about how it should be done. Sean, the owner personally came out to speak to all the homeowners and explain the process and made some changes to accommodate each of us. It took us some time to coordinate everyone's schedule and Joe's paving was excellent to deal with every step of the way. They showed up on time with a full crew of guys. He knew we had 8 homeowner's who needed access to their homes and so they worked late to finish the entire job in 2 days, other contractors were quoting 4 and 5 days. After day 1 we walked the road with the site foreman and made a few changes which they accommodated at no charge! The results are fantastic, all the homeowners were happy with the results, they were really a pleasure to work with and I would use them again in a heartbeat. If you like value, quality and professionalism, you will love them.

My overall experience with them was fine. Everything went well with them. Their price was okay. Their quality seemed okay. The people who came out to do the work were nice. They were good. Their quality was good. They were here on time. They did what they said they would do.

I called and described the work. They checked it out and came back with an estimate with options the next day. I called to schedule and they were available and came two days later. They spent about a half day and got the whole thing done to my satisfaction. I'm very pleased and will definitely use them again should the need arise.

The estimator (Nick Kuehl) came within a day or two, arrived on time, and presented a proposal in a professional manner. The work crew was friendly and efficient. They did exactly as they promised. The price was not cheap, but fair. I certainly would use them again, and recommend them to friends.

Provider was extremely proficient in field of expertise. Pricing was competitve, work crew was professional, prompt and through. Provider completed job within stated time frame. Unfortunately had problems after the completion of job. Provider failed to pay company they used for coldmilling and pulverization. So in turn we were sent a notice of intent to lien, it took alot of follow-up to have this situation cleared. The owner of Joe's Paving gave us the "run around" in the beginning of the process, initially directing us to his wife (co-owner) who supposedly was in charge of handiling situations such as this, she in turn would direct us back to her husband and on went the "back and forth" wasting of time. Finally after many follow-up calls to both the provider and the company who submitted the lien this situation was resolved. Unfortunately, we were pleased with the work that was done, but very disatisfied of the way the lien circumstance was handled overall. I understand how situations can arise and miscommunication can take place, but I felt that from the beginning we were not dealt with in an honest manner, Because of this I would not reccomend Joe's Paving to another potential customer.

They called me back when they said they will call and they did come by.

Very smoothly, very well from the first call to the finish. They contacted us when they said they would. They were on time for the initial site visit. Their estimate was very reasonable. On the day the work was done they were on site at the agreed-upon time. They went right to work with proper equipment that appeared to be well-maintained. The crew of 7 men worked very well together and seemed competent at what they were doing. When they finished, everything was cleaned up in a very reasonable amount of time. They were considerate of our wishes such as protecting a commemorative wishing well within the area. All the men were polite and friendly to us. Their work at our house was noticed by a county worker who came to our house the next day asking about them because he is needing similar work done and he was impressed by the job done at our house.

Went well getting bid and setting up start date. Renters were told they would have to stay off of driveway for 24 hours. After that renter drove over one particularly deep pocket and it sunk and was still wet. It never really dried. Also cracks through berm was not filled. We contacted and sent pictures to Nick and he had these issues resolved. Renters stayed off the repaired pocket for 48 hours and it's fine now.

I called sean and left a meesage. he got back to me within the hour and I explained the situation. He came out and gave me a quote to give to my landlord. He wasnt the cheapest but they had a better vibe compared to the other companies that came out. They made an appt to repair after they got the go-ahead and I wasnt there to see what happened but the next day I was driving on a new driveway and my car wasnt off roading like it was before. I never thought I would ever look for a concrete person but it was very easy.

Sean returned my initial call immediately and was subsequently professional and prompt throughout the whole process. He answered any and all questions I had before the process began. Once the work began it was done quickly and efficiently in about 2.5 days (at the request of my tenants to complete the sealing work in two days instead of one to keep part of the parking lot open). The lot looks great and is holding up well so far. Sean met me for a walk around the property after the work was completed to assure quality. I am thoroughly impressed with the work. I also know other businesses who have used Joe's Paving Co and had similar glowing reviews.

From the time I called them they came out immediately and gave me my estimate. they worked with me so the job could be done at a time convenient to me. the crew showed up exactly on time and they did an excellent job. After they were finished I realized the exit gate would not close due to the height of the asphalt on the edge so I called and they returned immediately. I would most definitely use them again.
