Description of Work: He was called to repair two septic tank risers. He came over and found that all the risers needed were new lids. I took him two weeks to return and put new lids on the risers. During that time he said that they were in the back of his truck and he forgot about them. Once repaired everything smells better.

Description of Work: Having lived at my location for only the last three years, I didn't even know where the septic tank was. Honey Bee had done a pre-purchase inspection so I contracted with them to pump out the tank. They quickly located the tank and exposed the covers the day before pumping. All went on schedule and as planned. Very pleased with Honey Bee.

 + -1 moreI was very impressed with the service and personnel. On Day 1 2 guys showed up as scheduled to dig up the yard and uncover the lids. They removed the sod so that it could be put back in place after the service is complete. The guys were clean, professional and both had a good sense of humor. Very pleasant. Day 2 the truck showed up on time. Josh (who just happened to be young and handsome as were the guys on day 1) was very clean and professional. He did the job and went on his way. I hadn't had my septic pumped in 16 years and expected the worse. They were honest and there were no hidden costs. They didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. The handle was broken off one of the lids and he said I could have it replaced for $130. I asked if it was necessary and he said no so I didn't do it. Very impressed with the personnel and the service. I will recommend them to anyone needing this type of service.
Description of Work: Day 1 they arrived and uncovered the lids to the septic system. Day 2 they arrived and pumped the septic system.

Description of Work: Honey Bee seems to be a dependable company. Unfortunately, my septic tank is at the top of a steep driveway. I did warn the lady that it would either take a small tanker (as in the last time it was pumped) or at least 250' of hose. They showed up on time, but with a large tanker (2500 gal) and less than 200' of hose. They apologized and were amiable, but did not have the resources to do the job.

 + -1 moreTHE PERSON WHO PUMPED OUR TANK DID IT QUICKLY AND EASILY, WHILE ANSWERING MY MANY QUESTIONS. HE ALSO HELPED FINISH THE DIGGING TO UNCOVER THE TANK COVERS, WHICH I GREATLY APPRECIATED. THE INSTALLATION OF THE RISERS, BY TWO OTHER EMPLOYEES, WAS DONE TO OUR EXACT SPECIFICATIONS.
Description of Work: PUMPED OUR 1,200 GALLON SEPTIC TANK AND INSTALLED TWO CONCRETE RISERS.
