Amazing Experience!! His work is A+. I am very particular and needed someone who could work around my new appliances without damaging anything. The owner and his worker went above and beyond to be careful of my things and everything was perfect. He charged me exactly what he quoted. Took time to help me decide what would look best for my kitchen. Showed up on time and left NO mess for me to clean up. Very respectful. I would recommend this company and can't wait to have another project to hire them for. Thank you very Much!!

GREAT! Rod is a super nice guy that came over to quote and do the work the following week. He came for set up; then Kent did the install, and Rod came the next day to grout. Quality work and fast.

Rod is very knowlegable with decades of experience. Given my shower framing studs were very out of plumb he floated it to perfection. He then instructed Kent and Cererino on how he wanted the tile installed. The three of them did a fantastic job! Recommend without reservation

Rod said he will be there Friday morning at 7:30 to give me an estimate, he showed up at 7:15 am when my dog started to bark I knew it was him and I was very impressed at how nice it was that he was there so early. I hired him after agreeing on price, the time it will take to finish the project ( he said 5 days) and plan. Rod and crew were at my house early as they promised, he said 7:30 am and everyone arrived about 7:10-7:15 ( hard to believe). Rod and crew were very professional hard working and super nice The job was done in four and a half days as he promised. I love the way the shower looks now. I will hire Rod again to do our guest bathroom and the kitchen. We could not be happier - my husband and I cannot believe how perfect the floor looks - these guys are true professionals.

Because of a slab leak the entire 1st. fl. tile had to be replaced. The owner was here every day and did a lot of the work himself. The first part to remove all the tile and remove the thin set was two days and as he warned us kicked up a lot of dust. Plastic was put up to contain as much of the dust as possible but you will need to wipe down the areas. The floor needed to be sealed and leveled in spots. My wife picked out a beautiful tile pattern that had 5 different tile sizes so there was a lot of time laying out the lines to make sure it all comes out square in the end. There was also a lot of time laying the tile so that all the seams were level( quite a few tiles were put down and then picked up up to adjust the thin set. For the last step we picked a grout that he recommended that is easier to clean and it looks great. The entire job was around 7 working days. To sum it up we are very pleased with the quality of the work. They were here on time every day, stayed on schedule, cleaned up every day, and helped with moving some of the heavier furniture. Nothing else to say other than if you want high quality workmanship this is your guy.

installation of tile went very well. it was an odd shape so they were able to put in the tile and shower bars to best meet the need.

Very professional, very nice, and friendly. He completed the job in less time than we thought it would take and everything came out perfect. I would recommend him to anybody and everybody who needs tile work done. I would give him A+ if I could!

After reading all the positive reviews on this gentleman, I was very surprised when I called him to inquire about some tile work. He answered the phone without identifying his business and I had to inquire if he was a tile guy. He said yes, but his overall tone and response made it sound like I was bothering him. He finally told me that he was slammed with work and asked me if I knew someone else who could handle the job. I told him I did and he sounded relieved. In fairness, he became more civil after this, but the bottom line was that it was a very unprofessional response and as a customer who is ready to spend money, I don't like to deal with people who act like you're troubling them. Perhaps he was having a bad day, or perhaps he's so good he doesn't have to welcome new business. Since I didn't hire him, I can't say if he is good at what he does. The other reviews seem to indicate that he is quite good. But my bottom line is that I won't call him again when I need tile work done.

Rod Hegle arrived on time to my residence to drill holes into our remodeled shower stall. Rod and his crew completed the remodel two years ago. Hegle Tile is consistently clean, punctual, polite and provide the highest quality workmanship I can imagine. This was the third bathroom remodel completed by Rod, and we look forward to having him create our fourth next summer!

Rod did an excellent job. The tile lay out was an unusual pattern and it is beautiful. The workmanship is excellent.

Rod gave us a fair estimate for tile work on the backsplash of our kitchen remodel. He also passed on his discount on the tile we picked out. We had some tile from a former home that we wanted to incorporate into the design and he was happy to accommodate us. We had to coordinate Rod with our cabinet/countertop installers and our electrician and he integrated well with them. and when We ran a little short on tile and Rod made a second 40 mile round trip to get the needed materials. Our backsplash included some random design inserts and upon completion of the backsplash Rod noted that there was an area that needed some extra design inserts to balance the overall design. He suggested that he remove a couple of the plain sections, order some extra design inserts and he would return yet another day to properly finish the job. This was above and beyond the initial bid of the project but he did not charge extra for the time and trips needed to do this. We also needed to replace tiles removed from the floor because the floor layout of the kitchen remodel was not the same as the pre-exisiting kitchen. I removed several tiles and Rod cleaned up the concrete and thinset from the back of the tiles and repatched the floor beautifully. This floor was laid in the mid 70's and the grout was nowhere near it's original color. Rod was able to come up with a very close grout match and the patched floor looks great. From start to finish, this phase of our remodel went great. Rod's work is excellent and he is a man of integrity.
