+ -1 moreThe last time he came in, he could not do the work like I said he cannot do overhead neck work. So, he had to refer me someone else. I had the service last 6 months ago and it the cost was just like $200. They are caring, reasonable, kindly, and did the work at everything you needed repair. I think that some plumbers are outrageous. They have never seen Mr. Rooter or something. I actually had to replace a sewer line which I had a year ago. And they still come out for $5, $ 6, $7, or horrible it was. And then, within the day, they cut it half, and then I ended giving it for half of that. They try to just tell people how it is really serious and I do not do anything like that. If you have been dealing your book, it should not be on that. But there is certain out of stuff that you would not get. I am really satisfied and even the second time that I called, they came out right away, and the things you need, cannot do this, etc. Those guys are bit older and okay but I do not think he is happy with the kind of work I have in my older home. It is not as simple as that.

+ -1 moreWayne's work was quick, clean and reasonable. He didn't speak over my head as if I would not understand the business. He gave me suggestions on some future work I had planned but I haven't followed through on replacing the toilets since the cost of replacing them has not fit into my budget.
Description of Work: Wayne came by to help unclog my kitchen sink which has two drains, one for the garbage disposal and one for the sink. He showed me that the pipe has a section that blocks the water from backflowing from one drain to the other. This part was clogged because too much went down the garbage disposal and got stuck without enough water to push it through. This took no time at all so, hile he was there he changed the cartridge in the shower because it was hard to pull on and off. He offered to do this since he had a basic charge for his service and was already there. He was very pleasant and offered some pricing on replacing toilets which are too low for our tall household.

+ -1 moreMr Horne arrived on time, listened to what I was attempting to do, did a walk through and gave me an estimate. He also offered suggestions on how to im prove on my existing kitchen. I told him I would let him know when I decided to have the work done.
Description of Work: I callled the company to give me an estimate to add a gas line to my kitchen for a gas cooktop conversion. I wanted to know what the work entailed, how long it would take and the approxmate cost.

+ -1 moreIt was a preventative measure. He came out when he said they would and I would probably call him back out again. He has been in business since he got out of high school. He knows what he is doing. He is really good and I trust him. We also caught up on old times.
Description of Work: I used Wayne Horne Plumbing to replace some old valves and so some remodeling in the kitchen.
