+ -1 moreA Technician came out and inspected the problem and set an appointment for the following morning at 10:00 a.m.. When the time for the appointment arrived and no-one showed I placed a call to the business. I was informed that the equipment was not working and would likely not be available for two hours. Because I didn't receive a call to update the status of the service appt. and there was no definite time that the service would be initiated, I requested the job be cancelled and my down-payment be returned.
