It took him over 2 hours to hang one mirror which has been hung in 4 other homes. Each previous hanging took about 20 minutes.

I'm sorry it was hung three times she was still not happy, I never hung such a big picture before and trying to hang such a big picture one inch from the ceiling was all most imposable and I hung several other thing's for her with success she is bashing me ...she was happy when I left and wanted me to come back... I did not want to come back... she wont hire me because I never returned her call ...I would not work for her again !!!!! and the bed they ordered and was still in the box I had to carry it up a steep stair case and back down hurt my back when I UN-boxed it it was not what she wanted very difficult person to work for too far to travel

He's reliable, his prices are reasonable. He's a great listener and tries to deliver exactly what you ask for instead of what he wants. Sometimes it takes a little longer to get the job done as he works alone, but it's well worth the wait.
Description of Work: I have hired him to put up doors, garage doors, replace my oven and build a casing around it, minor electric work, paint, woodwork around my windows, and work on the sprinkler system in my yard as well.
