No work was ever done, and communications are bad. I understand unexpected things occur doing any job, but not returning telephone calls and not following through with existing scheduled jobs is not only unprofessional, but bad business and rude.

Well! On the assigned day a crew arrived and began removing the two layers of shingles. They examined every piece of sheathing and replaced bad wood before laying down the felt and putting on the shingles. All flashings were removed, replaced with new material and painted. The job took longer than expected, but I believe it was because of their attention to detail. Every day the crew cleaned up everything. The areas around the house looked better than before the job began. The men are employees and not subcontracted help. They all wore Henry Roofing shirts. The foreman was in full control of the job and the employees functioned as a well oiled machine. The building inspector signed off on every phase of the project and complemented me on my choice of roofing contractor. The only negative comment: the project was pushed out from the original date and the salesman failed to notify me in a timely fashion. However Mrs. Henry apologized and Mr. Henry made good on a new date. A BIG plus - they offered a senior citizen discount when I signed the original contract. A TIP - they do quality work and are pretty busy. Call them early to get on their work schedule.

For roofing I had Henry's and they were very good and very inexpensive. It was half as much as the other companies that I tried. Mainly the price stood out to me, it was about half as much as of everyone else quoted and they did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them. I would definitely use this provider again in the future.

Henry's Roofing business is very professional and his crews are top notch!! The owner, Henry, came out to our house and explained the roofing process in absolute detail in down to earth understandable language....no slick salesmanship here!!! My wife and I absolutely love our new roof and the way it looks!!! The complete job was well done up to and including cleaning up all residual roofing materials on our property grounds. When the crew left, it was like no one had been here!! Thanks Henry for an excellent job well done!!

It eliminated a leak. Roofer correctly diagnosed the problem and corrected.

I had two other roofing companies come out to do inspections and to give an estimate. Both of these companies actually went up on the roof and both found the same source of the leak. I chose one of these companies to do the work and the leak was fixed.

help, squirted out the seamless gutters and a day later completed the job. the workers to me seemed to me to be very able and competent installers The new gutters were tested in the last storm, worked well and do add to the curb appeal of the house.

Determined that repair/replacement not required. Nailed up a loose gutter. I really appreciate the honesty and professionalism of the consultant, Brian Sauer. If I need roofing or gutter repair in the future, Henry Roofing is definitely my first choice.

They did exceptional work and they did a really good work. These people came out and did the work for me and I found them very knowledgeable and very good in explaining the issue that I had with my roof, they just worked out very well for me.

Leaking was never stopped. The last time the supervisor stopped by, and said he had never had to have teams come to a repair as frequently, without fixing the problem. The last time, it was suggested that they have done what they can do to honor the original bid to repair a section of roof causing the leak, and that if the leak continues, the problem must originate from somewhere else in the roof; an area they are not responsible for fixing based on original estimate. Well, this winter, the leak continues, and worsens. All in the same area, dripping along the same line of the house, it may be true that Henry's underbid the problem, but Henry's did not make any further recommendations, nor suggest another estimation for repair. With leaking again this past month, I am looking for a different roofing company.

I had heard MANY good things about this company for the past few years and included them among the estimates I looked at. Brian was GREAT! He came out and gave me an estimate on the spot. Even though he was the lowest bid (a little sceptical) I hired them. They gave me 4 pages of references, which I did check out, and the work was beautiful. Tim (the owner) and Brian have were promt, professional and detailedl in answering all of my questions. They took their time to make sure everything was answered. The original estimate was $6800 but after the old roof torn off they found more dry rot. The total was $7400; still a GREAT price for the amou nt of work they did. The work and roof are stellar, I couldn't be happier. There was a discrepancy in the final price because of the extra dry rot. I brought it to their attention and they corrected the mistake IMMEDIATLY and credited me. I have seen their trucks in my neighborhood for years; a very popular company around here! I am EXTREMELY happy with them and will reccommend them to other neighbors!

They came and did the work and there were no issues. I have not gone up on the roof and so I don't know what they did there, but it has rained after that and there have been no leaks. They mentioned to me that I am going to need a new roof but I knew that anyway. The workers told me when they were going to come and they were very prompt about that. I was pleased with them the first time since they did not force me and tell me that I needed a new roof immediately. They were very professional.

They were excellent. They gave me a free estimate first. They told me how much time it would take. They had to match the tile and were here in two hours. They did an excellent work. I could not even tell the difference after they finished the work. They were on time, quick, and efficient.

I called them several times, leaving messages asking them if they did still do this type of work and they never returned my calls. He is getting his wish, I would never use this company for any type of roofing work. Customer service seems to be a missing element in his business.

Very professional company, and everything was great. The time was set for 10:00 am, and I believe they were here at 9:45. I had no problems with that. I was pleased that they showed interest in the job. Their performance was great, and so was the price as well. The roof looks great, and we have had no problems with it so far. They also did a great job at cleaning up the mess they made.

I checked them out before I used them. They had done two to three jobs in the area, and I checked with the other owners that have hired them in the past. They have a good reputation in our community. They did a good job cleaning up, and the job turned out great. I took lots of estimates and they were a $1000.00 less than anyone else. I was impressed with their work, and it did not take them long to finish.

They did a fantastic job. There has been no leaking. I can not remember the pricing however I remember it being reasonable. They had removed all the old shingles, nails, tar paper on the roof and the lawn. They made a beautiful roof out of a complete mess. The employees were courteous and very helpful.

I am impressed with their quality of work. They replaced the roof as well as the gutters. They finished the job 2 days faster then agreed upon. The gutters they installed were at no cost to me. I feel they did a good job at picking up all the extra debris that comes with doing the roof. I have no complaints and no leaks.
