Description of Work: I received an estimate for the project and would love to have used him to put in a pond with waterfall, that is rebuild my existing one, but he was way over my budget. For someone with the money to spend, I think he would do a spectacular job. Just from talking to him this is my opinion. I didn't see any of his actual projects.

Description of Work: I used the services of George Schandelmier Jr Landscaping about 2 years ago.

Description of Work: They put down sod, did landscaping, removed old plants, cleaned up the yard, and created new beds. He set everything up for a walkway.

Description of Work: I hired George Schandelmier Jr. Landscaping to landscape my backyard. I had a pool that I took out, he filled in the hole. He compacted the dirt in the hole, paved a walkway, and made raised flower beds.

Description of Work: From a design plan I provided, George removed two old sidewalks and a mow strip and poured new ones. When it appeared that the old and new sidewalks were going to meet and look odd, he poured additional cement to allow the switch between old and new to occur behind a fence. He removed lots of old, overgrown bushes and several trees. He removed the debris immediately, both from the concrete demolition and the old plantings. When his workmen forgot to turn the water back on at the main valve, George came out a half-hour after I called him that evening and turned it back on. He planted several hundred plants, four trees, and an area of sod. He dug and installed a drip sprinkler system. He set the automatic timers for the sprinklers. He applied a pre-emergent herbicide and then covered everything with mulch. He guarantees the plants for a year. The total price was the same as the estimate.
