The quality of work performed was excellent. It was first believed that the house foundation and slab were originally poured together so concrete was sawn out. After that the slab separated from the foundation (not a problem). When plumbing was complete FCO S installed vapor barrier and rebar. Rebar was bonded into the foundation, layer of sand on top of barrier, and slab was poured. The only problem was that I had last minute adjustment in plumbing and had to delay the pour a day. Owner had to be out of town that day and I wish I had not delayed as owner had planned to be there for the pour originally.

They were good and we were happy with them. They're reasonably priced and very competitive. They're very honest and they did what they said they're going to do. They're very professional, quick and they have a very good crew. They helped us with extra stuff that we were not paying for and they gave us advice. The price was the best too and they were great.

I talked to the guy and when I told him I was going to get 4 estimates, he told me that he couldn't be bothered. He was just too busy and he didn't want to come out. I thought that was kind of rude. His tone of voice was just disrespectful. I wasn't looking for the lowest quote, I was looking at quality of work. That's fine, I don't want to work with someone like that anyway. If you do have a problem, you want someone that would be there for you.

Francisco and his guys did an excellent job. It took me a while to get around to this project and he honored his bid from many months before. I had some scheduling problems related to other work that I had done, but Francisco was really understanding and flexible. His guys were very professional and quiet and cleaned up really well. The new sidewalks and step are so much nicer, and safer, than they were before. We have a very steep and small downhill driveway, which did present some problems. After their first pour, it ended up being a little steeper than before, which caused our car to scrap while going in or out of the garage. Francisco was extremely responsive. He took up the new driveway and re-poured it for us with no problems at all and at no additional expense. Francisco is very easy to work with and does really nice work. I would highly recommend him.

FCO's Concrete Construction Co. did what they said they were going to do and did a very good job. They showed up when they said they were going to and were able to finish the project around a rain problem.

I think they did an excellent job. They are professional, prompt, and courteous. The supervisor was there frequently to supervise. The estimation process was valuable as the man gave some great suggestions. The final product is what was promised.

The service was punctual, on budget and well done. The owner, Francisco, came out to estimate the work. He comes highly recommended by others and seems to have a lot of integrity. The price he gave us was on the low side of other estimates. It began raining only about 6 hours after they finished pouring. The team came back to check on the work and do a couple of minor changes. The repairs look awesome and we're quite happy.
