The guys that work for this company were on time, efficient and polite. They worked over a period of a couple of days and cleaned up as they went. Could not have got better service, would really recommend this company. There was one particular window that was very difficult to do (very high) and they did it beautifully.

They're very, very good. we were going through that process and we choose them as the one because quite frankly it is not because they have the cheapest price, it's because they had a pretty good product and the sales person was very good. The people in the office were very good as well. The window product that they're using is very good and they're very good and very helpful in guiding their customers through the process.

Took two visits to get the right ladders but once properly equipped the job went very fast. Seems to be a no nonsense company. Will know more about the job after the winter rains.

We live in an historic home but the windows in the back of the house aren?t under the state historic register so we can put energy efficient windows in. We need some additional permits before we do the job. We had three vendors come out. This guy was very nice and he was the top pick of the group. They knew what they were talking about, they are the people that actually do the work, their price was moderate, and we felt the length of time it would take to do their service seemed adequate. In this case, they know there could be additional problems and they weren?t scheduling themselves with tight fits so if they run into problems, they?ll be able to finish the project. They kept their appointment time, they followed through, and they confirmed that we got the estimate and that we understood the contents.

The work was good. There are a little tough as far as getting them to call you back. We had them come out twice. Overall a good job.

I called two other glass businesses in Vallejo and explained what I wanted. Each of them told me it would require making a pattern ($35) and special drilling ($35) plus the cost of glass ($5). Seventy five dollars was more than I wanted to spend on this project. Then I called California Glass and was quoted $20, no pattern or special drilling charge required. I took the broken piece in with me and after measuring it they said it would be only $16.50 for the entire job. In addition to their more than fair price, I was able to have the piece made within 45 minutes. Since I had one other errand in the neighborhood I was able to get the whole thing accomplished in one trip and the quality of the work was excellent. It felt good to be treated so fairly and efficiently and made my barometer restoration project seem really worthwhile.

Very well. They were not very good at explaining the various options, so know what you want beforehand. The price was better than the 3 other quotes we received. The installation was on-time, but one window had to be returned because the wrong unit was shipped. This last window caused a few weeks delay. No complaints on quality. The warranties are the as good as any.

I chose this co. for price and the recommendations I saw here. The quality of windows and technical installation work seems very good & the crew was very polite. The day of installation was otherwise disappointing. The windows' interior grids were wrong on a majority of the units. Also, while they were removing the bathroom window it broke. Not a big deal; I expected that they would make an extra effort to clean up the glass, esp in the bathroom. After they said they were done, I found two 1" slivers of glass in the tub and others spread around the floor. More glass under the window outside. Also, I'd rate them low on other cleanliness. They cleaned the work area fairly well, but I came into the bedroom at one point finding them vacuuming a white bedspread (they hadn't covered it) with a shopvac, literally making it more dirty and damaged as they went. Trash and rusty nails on the interior stairs when they left. Did return to fix windows 3 wks later, but forgot a replacement screen.

I called California Glass and the guy came out the next day and measured my windows and a few days after that they brought the windows out and installed them. Their mess was all cleaned up and hauled away. He was very efficient and courteous. I have recommended them because the work they do is excellent and they are professional and the prices are reasonable.

These windows help improve the beautiful view that I already have. I have so many compliments on how nice the windows look. They did return my phone calls in the same day that I called. They were out putting windows in two days after I called. They charged a good price for the quality that they offer.

They have been in business for since 1941. The work was completed on Oct 2 2005. Workmanship was good and windows fit well. There was a guarantee on the workmanship and warranty on the windows that they installed. I don't expect to have any problems with them. It is a good feeling when you invest that kind of money - to know you got what you paid for.

The windows are wonderful. They are very polite, removed, and disposed of the old windows with no extra charge. I was very impressed on how quick they came out, and got the job done. They have really good pricing. They did return my phone call on the same day. It improved the view that I have. I am pleased.
