Description of Work: Rob Branch removed old stone fireplace facade and replaced facade with granite and buildt new mantel from wood. Living room/dining room walls and ceiling were painted as well as walls leading up the staircase. A new light fixture was installed in dining room. New baseboard was installed in living room/dining room area. Rob accompanied me to several granite stores to choose granite for fireplace guiding my choices with his expertise. Rob always goes above and beyond the expected and provides an excellent product. He previously also installed a new electric sky light in my bathroom--no easy task due to the out dated nature of my old sky light which had stopped opening and closing. And while he was in the middle of the sky light task, Rob stopped to unplug my sink drain for me at no extra charge. It took him an hour and several tries before succeeding to clear the sink drain.

Description of Work: Removed old skylight-put in new skylight-required new wiring for automatic system. Painted new skylight and areas where old skylight system was removed.
