+ -1 moreI called Best Mechanical because when I had first moved into my home 2 years earlier, I discovered that my place just wasn't heating up like it should. I had a home warranty policy and it was Best Mechanical who came out to look things over. They wound a huge hole in the duct work which the home inspector had glossed over. They taped it up and right away, I could tell the difference in the temperature throughout the house. I had been losing a lot of heat to the attic because of the hole. Both times, they were very professional and kept me informed of what they were doing. They are extremely honest and fair in their pricing.
Description of Work: My furnace wouldn't turn on, but I could hear the fan turning. They came out on a Friday and found that I had a defective part (which I can't remember what it was). They said that they had to order it and that they probably wouldn't be able to get it installed until the following Monday. Also, the owner's daughter Sara (who does the repairs), had a family trip planned on Saturday and would not be available until Monday. Well, Sara came out on Saturday morning before going on her trip; and, rather than install a whole new part, she had a kit that was cheaper and would more than do the job and it would cost much less. They made the extra effort, because they knew it was cold and didn't want to see me have to suffer through the weekend. Here it is mid-January and the furnace is good as gold.

+ -1 moreBEST MECHANICAL CAME OUT IN A VERY SHORT TIME FRAME. THEY WERE VERY GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, AND KNEW WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS VERY QUICKLY.
Description of Work: BEST MECHANICAL CAME OUT TO LOOK AT AND FIX THE FURNACE. IT WOULD NOT TURN ON THE HEAT.
