Albertson's Carpet Cleaning & Sales

I have been using Albertson's since 2006 and have always been very satisfied with their service. I was always impressed with how clean my carpets were after being cleaned but today's service was even better. Their new truck mounted unit did a fantastic job. All the stains are gone and the carpet looks brand new again. The vacuum portion of the machine is so powerful that it's now been 3 hours since they left and my carpets are almost dry. They arrived on time and were done in just over a half hour.

It was great service. It was carpet cleaning for the house carpets on the floor and then I also had an area at random, and they also did some special spot treating. They are really flexible, very easy to work with and they did a great job.

They installed the carpet in one day. It was 12,000 square feet of carpet and they did a great job. They did it very quickly. They took out the old stuff and we never saw it and there was never any junk around. They had a subcontractor put in the wood flooring. It was even more than that amount. He did an excellent job of installing the wood the way we wanted it. He had an eye for how to put the wood together because there were marks on the wood from nature. He did it in such an artistic way that it is nice. We loved the flooring. He was great and he cleaned up every speck of sawdust. It took about a week to do that work. He was spotless. He was really respectful, considerate and enjoyable to be around. We have no problem with the carpet, wood or the installation. We would recommend the Benicia location. They allowed us to take samples home. We did that a lot because we didn't know what we wanted. It took weeks and they worked with us. It was expensive.

Excellent service from start to finish. I've used this company at least five times in the last ten years.
