I received professional and courteous service with a pleasant and efficient demeanor from the owners., Nancy and David. The price for their expertise was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend them for babyproofing and earthquake safety. Nancy and David have my utmost respect. I would not hesitate to use them again. The quality of their product is a high standard. and easy to utilize.
Description of Work: I needed Cupboard doors latched, bookshelves secured, outlet covers, baby gates, secure tv, and other furniture for earthquake and child safety.

Three of our drawers were put back in a way that they don’t close or open properly now. Before they worked on them they closed and opened perfectly fine. David came back to take a look and basically said sorry, they were like that when they installed them. But they weren’t. They opened and closed perfectly fine. He took zero responsibility, did nothing to help us, and now WE have to hire a handyman to come fix them. You can’t just come into someone’s house, break their stuff, and then just say sorry good luck. That’s unprofessional and unacceptable. Go somewhere else.

WONDER YEARS WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. THEY WERE VERY RELIABLE AND HELPFUL. I AM PLEASED WITH THE OVERALL QUALITY OF THE WORK AND THE EXPERIENCE.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED THIRTY FOUR CABINET LATCHES, DESIGNED AND INSTALLED CUSTOM GATES AT THE TOP AND BOTTOM OF THE STAIRCASE.
