I had an appointment for fencing quote on July 1, 2021. Carlos gave them a call and I scheduled with him on the phone directly and he didn't showed up. I received a call 5 days later and asked if I'm still interested then I said no, thank you then he said okay then hanged up. I was only contacted by Carlos by the company I didn't spoke with other person or customer service or anything like that.

Our homeowners association requires a fence around our air conditioning units. After receiving a few different quotes, I booked Vinyl Professionals because the price was in my range and I am really happy with the results. Vilen came to my house to take the measurements and he was very knowledgeable and professional. They provided great customer service and made sure that I was happy with all of the work. Very professional and great customer service. I love my new fence. Thank you vinyl professionals!

I'm glad my husband was here since he stopped them from installing the fence in a way that we didn't want. They borrowed his ladder and didn't return it to him. They left it in our neighbors yard. He also had to clean up some of a mess that they left. He was able to work with their supervisor who went out of his way to correct things. The end result is a beautiful fence that all of our neighbors have commented on.

I dealt with the sales Manager Shan Gevorkian and found him very professional from the get-go. He offered a price that was better than I had been quoted from other competitors although it wasn't cheap and I believe you get what you pay for. Once we had agreed to move forward he set a date and promised all construction would be done during the week we had agreed upon. His crew came out and began tearing down the old Pergola by day two they already had both of the old dilapidated pergolas removed and had begun construction on the smaller of the two new ones. By the middle of the week I liked what I was seeing so much that I decided to have my two Side gates replaced as well with the vinyl. Shan promised me that this could be done within the original timeframe we had agreed upon and impressively by the end of the week it was done along with the pergolas. I am very impressed with the quality of the work and attention to detail and very satisfied with how they kept on schedule. The only negative thing I could say is the two main workers are rather loud and let's say passionate about their work. Sometimes I heard them having rather heated discussions about their work. I can honestly say it didn't bother me because when I went out to see what they done at the end of each day it showed that they actually cared what they were doing rather than just slapping it together. I would not hesitate to use these guys again and to recommend them to my neighbors. In fact I plan to have them to the fencing around the yard when my finances permit.

Valencia Vinyl Fence (VVF) matched a competitor's price and because I was told that their vinyl product was manufactured in California to weather our brutal desert sun, I chose to go with VVF. Unfortunately, the installation was substandard. VVF was replacing old wrought iron and I specifically asked if the new fence would cover the nasty bits where the old fence had been attached to the block wall. VVF said yes, but the results were NO. The measurements VVF chose to manufacture was not the same as the pre-existing fence and it looks odd. But even worse was the installer drilled holes in the new vinyl posts to attach the gate backwards. Although they agreed to fix the problem (the concrete had already been poured into the posts), I decided to live with the 18 "oops plugs" inserted into the incorrectly drilled holes. I don't trust them to fix it without damaging the retaining wall the post has been attached to, which would only make matters much worse. My "D" grade for Quality is based more on the installation and the scratches on the fencing and not on durability as I won't know how well it will hold up until time has passed. It looks alright from a distance, so I'll just leave well enough alone.

There were several challenges. The new fence had to be adhered to a concrete block wall, in many places it had to be placed behind existing eugenia trees along the border, and there were several elevation changes to deal with as well as a section of landscaped boulders that had to be worked around. All in all, we were very happy with the results. The materials seem to be of very good quality. Sean, the owner or the company, is extremely professional and courteous. He explained every step of the process and accommodated our needs at every turn. He also did not request a deposit. We paid in full when the project was finished. The installers all seemed to know what they were doing. Sean came by throughout the installation process to supervise and help out. We had only two concerns. Because of the changes in elevation, keeping the fence true and level throughout its run was no doubt a challenge, but I think they could have done a slightly better job with the finished product. Truthfully, the deviations are slight, and I'm not sure anyone else would notice, but I know they're there. However, having lived with a shambles of a wood fence for so long, we are certainly not going to let a few small imperfections ruin our enjoyment of the new vinyl look. The second concern was that the project probably took a little longer than it had to mainly because the guys often did not start work until around 11 am. Their excuse was that they had to wait at the shop for portions of the fence to be fabricated. That may be true, and it may reflect the fact that Valencia Vinyl is not as big an operation as some other places. Balanced against this issue was a price that was significantly better than the competitors, great customer service, and a very nice finished product. We would definitely recommend Sean and Valencia Vinyl to others.

There was a person who came out in the beginning and told me he was my contact person but when things started to go wrong he wouldn't come out to look at it. They broke my brick wall and I had to hire a mason to fix it. They had no respect for my property. I had to call them to come out many times to fix things. The fence broke and they blamed it on a tree. I would warn anyone to not use them. I was very unhappy with this company.

The work was scheduled and done on-time as promised. In fact, without notice I was called on to go out of town the day before the work was to be done. I called to inform them and asked to reschedule. They told me that he had already promised his guys the work and in these tough economic times didn't want to take it away from them. He asked if it was ok that the work be completed while I was away, and I approved. I asked how he would like to get paid as I didn't want to pay prior yo the service being performed. He told me we would take care of it when I got back and to not stress about it. I returned home, everything was as promised and a day or two later we arranged to meet so I could pay. These guys are honest and trustworthy. My experience was very positive. We may be doing some work to the house including a deck and more fence work, and I will use them again.

We had a gate replaced and some lattice work added to block wall fences. Shan was wonderful to work with, and the job was completed in a timely manner and looks great!! I would definitely recommend this company for anyone who wants vinyl fencing or gates!

They did everything they could to accommidate me. If I had a question or concern they always responded quickly and took care of my concerns. The patio covers look beautiful.
