Rob did a great job on my backyard after we built a new pool. He was always punctual and the quality of his work was top-notch. His pricing was fair.

He came and inspected it and i had to add additional money for the repairs that needs to be done. For the price i paid, i could have gotten the whole thing fixed with a free appraisal.

It went ok. Rob is very knowledgeable about plants, has great ideas. We were initially impressed with his knowledge but he did fall short on a few things, some I noticed immediately, some I noticed days later. Ok, the job: Landscaping was done beautifully on the front planter, the old bushes were growing into each other with weeds growing in between, he removed a bulk amount of the old bushes allowing the rose bushes to shine. However, this planter looks great, the overall is a bit unfinished, 90% done. The sidewalk near the wall was left with debris, and some of the foliage looked scrappy. He did come back at my request to clean it up. Rocks were not placed around the old palm tree, so the planter against the front of the house is unfinished. I didn't notice this until a week or so later. There was a small planter next to a house pillar with rose three rose bushes that was raked out, but no rock was put down. I mentioned it, but picked my battles and left this off when he returned, I'll deal with it. I just wanted to mention it because it was something we discussed. Some of the taller tree/bushes were left untrimmed and are growing into the house in the front, and the one on the driveway is sticking out at right angles into our car doors. I just thought these things would be accounted for. His communication was off, I never received confirmation that he was going to show up until he was on his way, despite me asking. He didn't seek approval once he finished the job, only the rest of his check and expected the check to be left for him without discussion as well as a review when he came back for his check and clean up. And finally he never answered me back after I asked him for additional quotes. Never followed up, only to collect his money. I work in service as well, I always make sure my clients are happy after the check is paid, that's how you get additional work from them. So in the end, it was an OK job, but not enough for me though because it's not a big yard and honestly was expecting a little more attention to detail and better, more thoughtful communication. I have more work to be done.

The job went great. Rob is a very hard worker, punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and a very nice person. We felt his price was very fair. We will be using him again for any of our future landscaping needs.

Rob did a great job and went above what we asked him to do. He was always on time and answered all our questions. We called him out on several occasions outside of our agreement and he came right over. He helped me with other issues in the yard at no charge and accommodated us with any changes we made a long the way.

Rob promptly came out to examine the filter. He took it apart to determine why it wasnt working. He figured out which pump was connected to it and was able to get it going again. Rob also gave me good advice as to how to control the weeds in my yard. Rob was reliable, knowledgeable and very helpful.

Rob does an outstanding job, all work was done exactly as planned; he helped us make a lot of decisions about what to plant and where. He has an encyclopedic knowledge of plants and their needs (sun/shade/water etc.). But any ideas we had that were different from his, he always went with our ideas and made them work beautifully. We took photos of things we liked on other properties and emailed them to him, and he was able to tell us immediately what it was and if it would work for us. If any aspect of the job was going to cost a bit more, he let us know about it before continuing, to give us the option of not doing that particular thing unless we were sure we wanted to spend that money. No hard sell. Came by often just to check up on things, fix little things, and any small detail we noticed he always comes by to fix or change according to our needs. Our garden and yard went from the "shame of the neighborhood" (that used tons of water for no good results) to a beautiful and drought-resistant garden we love to look at every day. We've also hired him for the weekly mowing/garden maintenance service, and he always checks on everything on the whole property in case anything needs tending. We have many more projects planned, fruit trees, vegetable garden, etc. and we are going to hire Rob for all of it, because we are so happy with his work. Friendly, professional, and reliable, highest recommendation.

Very prompt and responsive. Gave us a bid right away and once approved started the job when quoted. Cleaned up every day and did exactly what he said he was going to do. Picked great trees and listened to everything we requested.
