Description of Work: Robert installed a reverse osmosis system, a new kitchen faucet, two lavatory faucets and drains. He completed the job in the time he said he would. He always explains what he is going to do, which I appreciate. I have been using his services for about ten years. He is a neat worker who doesn't leave trash lying around, a big plus.

+ -1 moreRobert is very professional and courteous. He returns phone calls promptly. He shows up when he says he will. He has done work for me for about 8 years now. He is extremely honest and very experienced, and I trust him. I have referred him to other people. When doing work for me, he wears paper booties so that he does not mark up my wood floors. I wish every workman was as great as he is.
Description of Work: He replaced two of my toilets with low flush models.

+ -1 moreHe figured out the problem, and told me when he could be back to fix it. When Robert give you a time, he is always a little bit early. He had the job done, and brought two other plumbers with him.
Description of Work: He did me a favor to see he could come and find the leak. He was in the middle of a job, and drove out of his way to make it here. He charges by the hour.
