My refrigerator leaked and damaged the sub-floor. I was advised through my home insurance to hire a contractor on my own so Jocelyn was one of 3 contractors I interviewed. I went with my gut feeling, we just communicated and she listened to me and told me every step that I would have to go through before the actual laying of new flooring. She recommended I get a person to confirm no mold issue was there, she helped me by coordinating this first step. Then the second step was the replacement of the sub-floor and reconstruct the cabinets (they got wet too) then the new floors were installed. I am so happy with the results and I recommend her services if you are looking for new flooring.

We hired the team at Floor Coverings International for a small job, job, but Jocelyn treated us as valuable as any big customer. She gave us just the right amount of choices and helped us to determine the right type of flooring for our project. The entire team was pleasant and professional. The work crew was on time, clean and did great work. We are very happy with the look and feel of the installed carpet. We will definitely be calling them next time we need flooring

We had flooring installed downstairs. We love it! Jocelyn is knowledgeable and patient and helped us choose what was best for us. Installers were great as was Jocelyns follow up to take care of every detail. The installation went quicker than expected and it looks beautiful!

We had a great experience installing new flooring for one of our bathrooms. Reasonably priced, very responsive and fast turnaround.

With a small bathroom project like mine, Jocelyn was so pleasant to deal with. She's accomodating of her time and considerate of my budget. She follows up all the time and stays on schedule. The job is well done and I like my bathroom flooring.

Everything was great except one thing.they cant find a materials to finish it.
