+ -1 moreShe is really good. I spend about $55 to do a press and curl and sometimes a haircut are included in that. I love that as far availability goes there a lot of flexibility and she is there 7 days a week and also after work. For people that are working, she has a couple of days where she closes the store, but I can just pop in when I get off work and get my hair done. The store is never so busy, where I feel like I am being shuttered along and she is able to take time to do my hair. If somebody is running a little bit over, they can go an entertain themselves, shop and then come back and get their hair done. They sell really nice hair products there at a reasonable price. The atmosphere there is very relaxed and friendly. I trust her to do my hair.
Description of Work: I use Lilly McAbee at JC Penney for ethnic hair salon service. I see her pretty often, at least once a month.

+ -1 moreTHEY HAD A FRIENDLY STAFF THAT SAT DOWN TO TALK TO US ABOUT BLINDS. THEY GAVE US HONEST ANSWERS TO OUR QUESTIONS. THEY WERE VERY PATIENT SINCE WE KEPT CHANGING OUR MINDS AND OUR IDEAS.
Description of Work: WE BOUGHT VERTICAL BLINDS. THEY RECOMMENDED THE CORRECT COLOR AND SHAPE DESIGN THAT WOULD MATCH EACH ROOM.

+ -1 moreTHE SALES PERSON DIDN'T SEEM TO BE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE WHEN IT CAME TO THE CHOICE OF MATERIAL FOR A SPECIFIC VALANCE. THIS RESULTED IN A PRODUCT THAT WAS DIFFICULT TO INSTALL, BECAUSE THE MATERIAL WAS TOO THICK.
Description of Work: CUSTOM MADE CURTAINS. ROD POCKET PETTICOAT VALANCE, AND TOP SKIRT IN RED AND CREAM CHECKS AND INSTALLATION.
