He never addressed the sides of the foundation and furthermore he signed off on a foundation that was sloped instead of stepped. He was extremely reckless and incompetent. If I could do this again, I would never hire him. He also did the structural on a 10ft wall instead of a 13ft wall.

Description of Work: we didn't end up using j brent, because we were able to get a type 5 construction permit so we didn't need all the engineering drawings we originally thought we would need. but he was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time on the phone with us. i would definitely call him again if i have the opportunity.
