Description of Work: Called to come out, upstairs unit wasn't working. Changed filter for downstairs unit, sent bill for $185 without ever informing me of charges. I was expecting a bill for the work done on the downstairs unit. Got a msg threatening collections without proper notice, all while trying to come to resolution over bill with owner. Owner was very nice, but very unhappy with unprofessionalism of how the company is run.

+ -1 moreGeorge was very knowledgeable--he knew more than any of the other companies I contacted and was able to correctly diagnose and fix the problem. He and his crew were extremely polite. He updated me constantly about the status of getting the part and was very concerned about me not having to go without A/C for any longer. And he saved me a whole lot of money! I highly recommend him and his company and give him an A+.
Description of Work: Another company performed a freon leak test, left me without A/C during a heatwave and finally quoted $3,915 two weeks later to fix it. After getting no help from a dozen other companies, I finally found George's company. He was awesome. He came the next day and redid the freon leak test. The leak was not in the fan coil, contrary to the first company's report. The part needed to fix it was not readily available. George went out of his way calling around to find it so, I wouldn't have to wait another week for delivery. He found a substitute and was able to install it the next morning due to a cancellation. He offered me the choice of adding a valve for $125 that would lower my energy consumption if I upgrade my system, which I took. He also found another problem during the installation and fixed it for only $20 more than the part cost him.
