Description of Work: Contractor Wardrobe is a manufacturer of closet doors and shower and bath doors. They don't do the installation, they just sell the doors. I a shower/bath door of theirs from Home Depot and hired a handyman to install. Just as the handyman was finishing the job and hanging the last of two glass panels, one of the panels shattered into thousands of pieces as it was tempered glass. I was crushed. The handyman was going to take responsibility and try to see about having a glass person he knew replace the glass for me, but it was special glass that repealed water stains and I knew it wouldn't be the same. I called Contractor's Wardrobe to ask what they do in these situations. The handyman hadn't dropped the panel, but I guess put a little too much pressure on it while trying to insert it. Anyhow, Contractor's Wardrobe told me that they would not only replace the glass panel, but finish the installation. They sent a very professional person out who installed the panel in a snap, cleaned up the area and gave me a $5 bottle of glass spray cleaner to boot. I was very impressed and appreciative. Plus the doors they make depending on which brand you get are high quality.

 + -1 moreOnce we received the product and my handyman had installation issues, he tried to contact them and they wouldn't answer any questions about their own product. No technical support. They told him to go back to the distributor. Additionally, there are 2 marks on the mirrored closet door than cannot be removed. There is no customer support and they will take no responsibility for their own product.. We simply had questions.
Description of Work: Bought their product through one of their distributors. Would not allow us to buy direct.

Description of Work: Ordered 6 closet mirrored doors for 3 closets. They were ordered from Home Depot and installed by a contractor working on the house. Doors look great. It did take a little longer to get them than I expected 2 weeks.

 + -1 moreThey installed 2 huge slabs of glass that they slipped into a stainless steel trough for the open door. The 3x6 glass hung on 2 stainless steel hinges. They were perfect and dead on with their measurements. They were very precise with their dimensions and they didn't skimp anywhere in the materials. The hardware they used was top rated. They really know what they are doing. I even called their manufacturing plant and they were really helpful and answered all of our questions.
Description of Work: We had a completely clear shower door put in for our walk-in shower.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE SO HELPFUL. OUR TUB ENCLOSURE WAS AN IRREGULAR SIZE AND THE CONTRACTOR WAS SO HELPFUL IN ASSISTING US IN CHOOSING A STYLE THAT WOULD LOOK ATTRACTIVE AND WOULD STILL BE USEFUL. THEY WERE CLEAN AND TIDY AND VERY PUNCTUAL.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED A CLEAR SHOWER GLASS DOOR WITH SILVER TRIM IN OUR UPSTAIRS ADDITIONAL BATHROOM.
