Please note, the reports created for you cannot be used in a lending situation. Those appraisals must be ordered from the lender or mortgage company. If you wish an appraisal for a loan, please visit a lender or mortgage company in order to start the process. The appraisals that you can order from me include : PMI removal (in most cases), estate appraisals, taxation appraisals. You may also order an appraisal for informational purposes as well.
