Description of Work: They painted three rooms for us. This was the second time we hired them. They are prompt, courteous, and gone the job done earlier than what they projected. Will hire them for any painting project.

Description of Work: 2011 They painted the interior and the next year did the exterior. | |For both jobs they were always on time and were extremely responsive to our requests and needs - even when I changed my mind about the paint color that we'd already picked out and they had purchased. We will difinitely use them again.

Description of Work: We hired A Allbright to paint the exteriror of our home and large detached 4 car garage. It was a big job, so one we decided to hire out instead of doing ourselves. We received estimates from several contractors that ranged in price from $5000-$9000. We went with Allbright expecting a high-quality, professional job worthy of the price tag. | |Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the service. Overall, they did an okay job, but we had to fight to get the job done the way they agreed to do it originally. We had a few minor facia repairs that required some special ordering and additional work. That was all discussed in detail with each contractor we interviewed and our expectation were outlined clearly. Although Allbright agreed to do the work as we specified, once the project manager showed up he immediately began to "convince" us we didn't need to do it that way. He did a sloppy job of filling in the space and expected us to accept it. When we conveyed to the company the owner was prompt in responding to our complaint and coming out to inspect the work himself. Unfortunately, he also wanted to skirt the issue and offered a different solution. After 3 meetings, the company did finally do the work as originally agreed upon. However, we were disappointed that it took so much effort on our part to get them to do what they should have done in the first place. | |There were also several other instances on the job that we had to point out incomplete work. For instance, they did not remove the hose holder from the exterior wall, but just painted around it, leaving the old color in plain view. Again, they were good about taking care of it once pointed out, but we contend for the price we paid, we should not have had to oversee the job as closely as we did. This is something we would have expected had we hired a lower priced contractor, but we paid the higher price, expecting better quality. | |In the end, however, they did do the job satisfactorily.

Description of Work: I have used Albright Painting before to do the inside of my townhouse. They are professional and attentive to all needs and situations. Paint crew is really easy to work with and take care of situations as they arise. Had my Spa and Lattice work stained and with exterior weather conditions they did minor repairs on a few areas where slats had fallen out. They told me they checked areas on the roof and secured corners that also had become loose. Clean and professional all the time. I wouldn't call any other Paint company, they are the best.
