He is a really good guy. He is very polite and considerate. He answers all questions very thoroughly. The people who work for him are considerate. I have to be very specific. He is a lovely man and is Korean. His two best languages are Spanish and Korean. Most of the people who work for him are Hispanic. When I am doing very specific things, I need to be sure that we both are on the same page. For example, we did a major project at our home and when he did the estimate for us, his daughter acted as a go between our phone conversation so that we understood one another and what we wanted to do exactly. He is a very nice man. He is very reliable. I would recommend him to anyone. In terms of quality, it is the communication bit, I have to be very specific. If I left him to do what he wanted to do then I might be surprised. I like to garden myself. I do not like him to prune my roses; I would rather do it myself. Therefore, I have to be very clear in that regard, I do not know if that is a negative. I would highly recommend his name to anyone, if it’s a friend asking me I would say yes. Therefore, I think that is the best recommendation I could give him. In regards to language, I will have to work it out and if I do not then I might have a couple of surprises, he might prune my roses more than I like him to. His quality of work and his dependability is awesome. He responds to all emails and phone calls. He is very diligent. I would use his services again in the future.
