It was a great experience. First, I was able to request my time (within a 2 hour time limit) on the internet which was great! I got an email confirmation of the services. They also called me in the morning to discuss what would be removed. Then they called me with an exact time they would be there(unheard of). Which by the way, was accurate. The website also explained their pricing levels, which was great so I expected to pay what I did. The drivers/workers were very polite and professional. Although it was a bit more than I wanted to spend, if I had rented a bin and lifted and tossed all that stuff myself I would been an unhappy camper. I would highly suggest using this company!

It was convenient to book online. The two workers, Jeremy & Shane, were prompt and polite. However, I object to the companys price schedule, which is based on how much room someones items take up on their truck, instead of on the difficulty of the work and time required. It took the workers about 30 minutes to complete the job, but because my bulky items took up half of their small truck, the cost was $357 with an Angies List coupon. Because of my time crunch, I didnt look into the pricing ahead of time, but relied on the 6 Angies list entries that gave this company an A for price. I didnt have time to find another company, so I went ahead with this job, but I think the price was way out of line. In the past, it took 3 men working from another company the better part of a day to clean out an entire garage full of junk, demo, shelves along one wall, and move storage cabinets, at a cost of just a few dollars more than I paid for this job.
