+ -1 moreTHE EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. THEY WORKED VERY EFFICIENTLY TO GET THE STAINS OUT OF THE CARPET. THEY ARE A RELIABLE COMPANY WITH HONEST EMPLOYEES AND A GREAT SALES STAFF. THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY FRIENDLY.

+ -1 moreI REALLY LIKE THIS COMPANY AND WOULD NOT TRUST MY CARPETING TO ANOTHER COMPANY. ONE REASON IS THAT I REALLY LIKE THE CHEM DRY TREATMENT. I HAVE NICE HARDWOOD FLOORING UNDERNEATH THE CARPETING AND I DO NOT WANT STEAM TREATMENTS. THEY ARE GREAT!
