The Tech showed up on time (actually a little early). He took the window and sealed up the hole while it was going to be out. He did a good job of cleaning up the area. There was no problem adding the screen replair for the sliding glass door, we set the price for that before he took it. The Window and screens were back on time as promised. I know who my "Window Guy" will be from now on.

They did a good job. The price was fair. They first brought out one with a crack in it and they were willing to replace it which made it easy.

I called on Monday July 14, before they opened and left a message because I was going to be gone to a doctor appointment all morning. They called me back after lunch and we set an appointment for them to fix the door on Wednesday, July 16. They said they would be here between 1 and 2PM. They arrived at about 1:20 PM and finished the job in about 15 minutes! They were polite, courteous, and in the future I will call them if I ever need any door/window work again! They were a pleasure!

I didn't see anything wrong with them. I didn't not choose to use them because I felt like they were looking for higher end client than me and I can get the materials cheaper somewhere else and the work done. To my way of thinking, they probably do very good quality work however, they are more expensive than I felt was necessary for me. There was nothing unpleasant. They don't seem to be particular interested in me as a customer...that is my feeling. They have higher end client with jobs that I wasn't really their focus so I put my focus elsewhere. They were professional and available. I guess, I didn't feel the warmth and I was seeking them out because I thought they were a small company rather than going to Lowes or Home Depot. My intention was to bring business to smaller local company because that's what I feel is the best ethics for me. However, I didn't get the warmth from them so I didn't deal with them.

MY WINDOW IS PERFECT, COMPLETED ON TIME AND IN BUDGET.

The were in and out in 10 hours. They were clean, professional and fun. The price was competitive. There is a lifetime warranty.

Dogs broke my original single pane sliding glass door. Foudn out don't have the money to replace the remaining doors and window with new ones so went with Vacaville Glass to replace the glass. It was only one half of the sliding glass door. 34" by 74" single pane. Got an estimate and measurements on tuesday and they had the glass replace in 30 minutes on wed. Very professional. I didn't shop around due to the good reviews on Angie's list but will use them again.

The person who came out for the estimate seemed to know his work very well. Took a quick look & knew exactly what was what. Showed me my options & quoted me the price. He gave me a time estimate of 3-4 weeks. I called back the next day to place the order. At that point I was told it would be more like 4 - 6 weeks. They did honor their discount listed on Angie's List, which was great. 2 weeks into it, I called to get a better idea of delivery date. They never got back to me. I had to call again. When they called to set up installation, I was told they'd be there Monday, between 8–8:30. On Friday, I had to give them a call to confirm delivery day, since I hadn't heard from them since the week before. Again I was told they'd be there between 8-8:30. On delivery day, I called at 9 & was told, "Oh no, we don't get in till 8." At 10, they told me the installers were picking up the lumber & would be on their way soon. My husband called again at 11. They arrived at 11:30. We didn't like that part at all. But the installers were really good; got through it faster than I thought they might. They were even nice enough to re-install the blinds & re-connect the alarm system. When they left, with the exception of a new door, you'd never know any work had been done there that day, as promised. There was a little glitch with the screen when sliding all the way, which they offered to come out & fix but my husband took care of it. Overall, I gave them an A just because we're very happy with the door & the work they did but administration could definitely use improvement.

The 2 reps arrived on time and replaced the glass. They were very professinal and courteous.

Efficient from first call to completion

Received a quick response to my estimate request. Displayed a good understanding of desired results with suitable product recomendations and pricing of job. Installation job was excellent and very fast.

.I call the store and tell them my problem and within a day or 2 depending on the severity of my problem, I have someone coming out to give me an estimate. When I accept the estimate I usually have a date for installation within the week. The workers are professional and polite when they come in and do the replacements. I only use this company now and I am getting ready to use them to replace a shower door in the next month or so
