+ -1 moreThey showed up earlier than their scheduled time, which was wonderful, got the job done quickly and cleaned up after themselves. I felt very comfortable with both guys that showed up for the job. They were pleasant and worked quickly. I highly recommend this company if you need a hot tub moved.
Description of Work: We had our hot tub disconnected and moved from our old house to our new home and put into place under a gazebo.

+ -1 moreEverything went great, the store manager (Nancy Rogers) was super helpful and they have a selection of spas in various sizes and features. I was impressed that some of the spas were filled with water so you could see the jets, lights and all the other things that came with each spa. We were happy to find out that The Hot Tub Store provides service, parts and chemicals for your spa, unlike our previous spa from Cal-Spas (no longer in business). We are looking forward to many happy times in our new spa!!
Description of Work: Removed the old non-working hot tub and replaced it with a new one.
