They were punctual and able to fit me into their schedule. They did an incredible job for a very reasonable price. I will not hesitate to call them again if I have any additional work.

Two days later they installed the material to evacuate the bats and came back a week later to remove the material and sealed the numerous entry holes. Their 5 year warranty was tops. Sentient responded very quickly, came out the next day for an assessment and estimate. Description of Work: The owner arrived on time was very polite. He explained his business procedure was to exclude rodents from my house by blocking all means of entry, after which he would refer me to a business that would trap the rats that were currently residing in the house. He explained the rats would come out looking for water and food and would be attracted to the traps in the crawl space under the house and the garage. I agreed to his estimate and he returned the next day to do the work. He was very thorough and meticulous, using covers on his shoes whenever walking through the house. He blocked all entry points around the outside of the house and also spent a great deal of time in the crawl space making sure he had fully excluded their entry. I found him to be very conscientious, informative and diligent. His fee was well earned and very reasonable. Four rats were caught by the exterminator and I have not seen or heard signs of any rodents since.

+ -1 moreOverall it went very well. We had another pest control company exterminate the rats, but that company does not handle clean up. We worked with Ralph from Sentient to decide whether to throw stuff out or keep it. He moved the big items for us, and was very patient as we discussed what to keep and what to toss out. He managed the entire clean up effort and dealt with us patiently and with good humor. Our garage was a really bad place before Ralph from Sentient came to the rescue. He vacuumed thoroughly, moved stuff around to get into the nooks and crannies, and hauled everything away.
Description of Work: After we called Sentient, Ralph came to the house promptly. Rodents had been in the garage. Looked at the damage/dirt and discussed the possibilities with us. We set an appointment and Ralph came back with a hepa vacuum cleaner and hazmat suit and vacuumed the garage. Moved stuff in the garage, vacuumed thoroughly and hauled away junk and items to be thrown out.
