They had good ideas but never followed up, never submitted a proposal. Said they would submit something the next week then emailed me and said it would be the following week, then called the following week to ask if I was still interested. I said no.

It didn't go because the company failed to return phones calls and messages. It is unprofessional and rude. If they can't take a job at least have the curtesy of calling back and letting the potential client know.

Russ and Jill are such a wonderful couple, the kind of people you'd want as your neighbors, we enjoyed working with them on our front courtyard makeover. We weren't 100% sure what we wanted the courtyard to look like so Russ came up with some beautiful ideas keeping our budget in mind. They were always on time as promised for appointments and kept in contact with us either by email or phone through out the whole process. We would definitely recommend them for any outdoor project. At every point in the project they made sure i was inconvenienced as little as possible. All old cement was removed as quickly as possible. rebar was laid( probably removal and reading the site took 3 days),then next day the cement was thrown. Living without a driveway can be difficult, but they shortened the time as much as possible. Following the cement work in the front the sidewalks and patio were readied rebarred and laid with cement. The thing which surprised me was how long it took to lay the flagstone BUT what a fantastic job , it is smooth, attractive and everything I wished for. As the cement and flagstone work was being done, other work for the project was occurring. The water feature is great, not out of a kit, and fits my landscape perfectly. I have rather definite ideas about plants, and they were amazingly accommodating . They worked and worked with me to make sure I was happy (I am) with the end result.

They did come out to give the estimate; I asked them, since I did not have much money, if everything could be broken down into smaller jobs so the price would be easier to afford. They never called me back with the estimate. They obviously did not need or want my business.
