We've had no problems with the door since they came out and repaired it maybe about a year and a half ago, so I would definitely use them again. We got the little sticker on the side of the door so we know who to call when we've got problems, and they're in my phone. They're really excellent. I would recommend them, too.

After I called Matthew arrived in almost an hour, he made a quick evaluation and it turned out that the sensor wasn't responsive, it had met its day. Luckily these guys are pros and they keep spares, so they installed a replacement in no time and my garage was back to normal in roughly 30 mins after Matt checked it.Sent on:7:02 pm

Telephone response was right after 8AM. A time was set for that day. The diagnosis and work was completed quickly. I was given a thorough explanation of what was causing the problem. I especially appreciated the assessment of the life expectancy of the garage door. I would recommend the vendor and use them again.

I could not be happier with our new garage door! Justin from RW Garage Doors took down our old door, the rails, and the old automatic door opener and replaced it with a beautiful new door (for a 2 car garage), new rails, and LiftMaster wall mount opener. All in about 5 hours! The door opener is incredibly quiet compared to our old one and it's mounted on the wall right above the top of the door opening. I love the all open space I have now where the old opener and chain mechanism used to be. Justin walked me through everything before he left and programmed all the remotes and new key pad too. I could go on but I think you get the picture. I love the new door and highly recommend RW Garage Doors.

My appointment was to be between 2-4. They showed up shortly after 2. The first gentleman diagnosed the problem and gave me alternative solutions. I choose to have the mechanism replaced. Someone was back by 4 to do the work that same day. Everyone was very professional and explained what they had done. They went out of their way to be sure I was satisfied.

Service to order and install and arrange times on phone for meeting with a salesman and for the installation was excellent as well as a beautiful product and competent timely installers.I had hoped my door was standard but it was not so my price soared. Was impressed with the warranty until reding the fine print after the fact where it says no warranty on a rental property--you have to live there. My son rents from me and I was verbally assured I would still be totally covered but all my efforts and phone calls to get that in wtiting did not get me anything in writing. I had to send an email reiterating the promises I received orally over the phone and that was unnerving for me. If I ever do need to use the warranty I hope they stand by it. Other than that they were all as nice as can be and I recommend them and will use them again for a new garage door on my house where I permanently reside. Also, they worked with me regarding a payment plan.

They were courteous on phone and very helpful and sent a tech to inspect, work done by a very professional and knowledgeable tech who did a good job and showed me everything he did then cleaned up and left everything neat and clean, door works again and new rollers are much better and quieter.

The repair man showed up early in the promised window. Like the gentleman who bid the work, he was courteous and efficient. He even did some extra tuning and lubing of the equipment, and replaced the lamp at no charge.

Scheduled to leave town in 48 hours, when our garage door spring broke this morning, I was in a panic. I chose RW Garage Doors from Angie's List and gave them a call - told them what happened and needing someone right away. The rep told me he'd contact one of his tech's and get back to me. The tech, Ryan, called me back within the hour and was headed my way - even gave me a 20 min window of his arrival. He was right on time, assessed the situation and provided me with verbal estimate as well as recommendations (and why). I gave him my approval, and he went to work immediately. He had the work done within less than 1.5 hrs including: replacing both springs, replacing spring roller bearing with metal one (vs. nylon one which had worn); replaced all existing rollers (which originally came with the door) that were pins inside a metal sleeve with ones that had ball bearings. All in all, he did a terrific, quick job with obvious professional knowledge. He was courteous and cleaned up when done. The door's operation is remarkably more quiet than ever before!! The total cost was $399 with "senior discount," and I gave him a personal cash tip for being so quick to respond, thorough and professional. I most strongly recommend this company and tech to anyone needing garage door services. We are very pleased!

It turned out fabulous. They were great and their quality is awesome.

They sent an estimator to determine cause. He arrived on time and was pleasant. We discussed the issue and I agreed to proceed with his recommendation to replaced both springs and perform a tune up which included replacing the cables and rollers, which haven't been replaced in 10+ year. He told me the technician would arrive with in the hour. And they did, he was very knowledgeable and completed his work within 1.5 hours. He reviewed his work and ask if I had any additional questions or concerns. ** he also recommended type of lubricant to use and how often to perform maintenance.

They were prompt, efficient, came in and replace the garage door quickly, showed me what my options were and helped get me get what I wanted. I wanted a specific door and they advised that if I went with one of their sale auctions, the windows would be included be included in the purchase.

I picked this vendor because of their high rating on Angie's list, the coupon on Angie's list, and a recommendation from my father. I printed the Angie's list coupon and sent a message on the provider's website around noon on Saturday. Their website had a field asking how I found them and I replied "Angie's List". They close at 3pm on Saturday and had not replied to my message by then. I called at 3pm but the office had already closed. I called again first thing on Monday morning when they opened and they were very responsive. They worked very quickly and accommodated my schedule very well. Once contact was made on Monday the replacement was completed within seven hours. They would have completed it within only four hours if it weren't for my scheduling request. I was flustered and late for work and forgot to mention the coupon on Monday. I would have given them As across the board if they had replied on Saturday and if the snafu with the coupon hadn't happened. If I had it to do over, I would have called them instead of using their online form. It was very frustrating not knowing when I would have access to my car again the whole weekend.

Garage door was so old we opted for new door. Options for service, limited repair, extensive repair were given & great deal for purchasing new door. Initial visit was by owner of company who is extremely knowledgable and professionally friendly. He was prompt ( next day visit ) as was the man doing installation. He was efficient and tidy, explained what he was doing as work progressed. An amazingly wonderful experience.

RW Garage was quick to respond to my quote request and came out the next day to install. There were only two issues I had. 1) not receiving a requested phone call prior to meeting at my residence for the estimate. I only needed a 10 minute window to get from work to my home. Unfortunately, the other company I had come out for an estimate did the same thing. and 2) I didn't really get a clear written quote on what was the special pricing offered to me. However, my calls to the office were quickly answered and I got all the information I needed. Other than that, I was pleased with everything else. The installer showed up well within the time frame given and was prompt at getting the work started. Total time was approximately 4.5 hours to complete everything. The installer did great work and was thorough in cleaning up everything. Both were very friendly and personable and I would certainly recommend RW to my neighbors and friends.

The appointment was the August 13 in the afternoon. Came promptly before appointment time and was very courteous. Gave me a very reasonably priced quote on new door. The installer arrived 30 mins later and had the door installed very quickly. I would recommend R&W to my friends and family!!

Was able to come perform work on the day that I called. Arrived on time and was very professional. Told me it would take a couple of hours and it did. Programmed door remotes, and showed me how to use them. Took all empty boxes and plastic away when he left.

An honest and knowledgeable expert. Sadly for him, out garage door fixed itself! I will call if it ever breaks again for real though.

The fact that it was sooo difficult to find someone that would sell and install a wooden door instead of a steel door was why we chose these guys. Why did I just give them a 'C' rating? : 1. They quoted me $ 3,200 for a Carriage door with glass and listed that the glass (which we did not want) was a $ 900.00 addition and did not honor the price without glass (which would have been 2,300 instead of 2,900). We even went non-carriage with a standard 4 panel install and got no discount. I had to have the door installed soon because the weather was turning. 2. The materials are suspect. We had metal rollers (the wheels, not the track) previously and these are plastic. I think within 3 years these will need to be replaced instead of the 20+ years for the sturdier metal rollers. 3.The install is suspect. Granted, this is a wooden door that requires a bit more to install than a cheapo steel door. However, I have since spotted many missing screws, badly aligned bars and a very limited primer coating (that we had to pay in excess of $400 for!). 4. They used less 'spring' install than was there. Previously we had 4 springs, 2 on each side. Now there are only 3 with 1 missing from the right side. So, while I am OK with the product (it is exactly what I wanted and looks great after I painted it with my color choice) it should have been at least $ 600 to $ 900 less expensive. They took advantage of the fact I could not find an alternate provider. Won't use them again. Too expensive, quality is very suspect (won't know until after 2-3 years of use)
