Right Way Garage Doors

Right Way Garage Doors did a fantastic job replacing the torsion spring on our garage door. We had worked with this company about 12 years (when they were called Chandler). They did a great job then and a great job again. Their technician (Aidan) arrived on time, knew what he was doing and did a great job. These folks really know what they are doing, they inspire confidence and trust and have very reasonable pricing. If we ever need help again, these guys will be the first ones we call. These guys stand behind their work because they get it done right the first time.

I am so happy with our new garage door that was installed today, 7/5/2022 by Antonio Ayala. He was professional, polite, efficient, and patient. Antonio was very diligent and meticulous with his work. We can’t thank him enough for the wonderful service. Corey from the Sales Department was nice, professional and responsive. I decided to replace my garage door because of gaps. I went to the store and asked a couple of times if the door would be sealed. When they came to do the measuring, again I said multiple times that I needed the door to be sealed because of rodents. In all interactions, the they said that I shouldn't worry about that, even after they saw that the floor isn't leveled. They came to install the door and, to my surprise, there were big gaps below the door. The work sheet had no mention of my request. After I complained, they came back and installed some extra rubber to deal with the issue. The rubber doesn't fix the gap, gets a little stuck while the door is closing, and makes the door not close fully. I imagine I'll have problems with it soon. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Expensive and bad service.

They provided a good service and it work well, Polite and easy to deal with.

Very prompt with responses and appointments. Install went well, was done quickly. May need a follow-up appointment since one of the screws was not put in properly but overall very good experience.

Door had to come from manufacturer. They said out would take 3-4 weeks, and it arrived in that time period. Installation was done as scheduled, and was clean. Old garage door was removed. New Garage door opener and tracks were installed, and worked well.

I would give an overall rating of A-, just for the reason a couple of minor things, nevertheless important, were missed. Technician didn't carry the silicone spray to lubricate the joints (claimed he was out, and was going to drop off one next day, but never did) and ran out of paper invoices that he had to hand-write one! Didn't mention the date on it! Mentioned these so they would pay more attention to the detail in future. On the plus side, they accommodated me at a short notice and it was a rainy evening, but he got the job done.

Responsive and price is reasonable!

WOW. I have never had someone work on my house that was as fast, as efficient, and as professional as the worker whose name I do not recall. When he arrived he was all work, never stopped until the job was done. He even fixed of the rollers, which I didn't know were a problem. I would hire again.

The technician made sure the door was working as smoothly and quietly as possible before leaving. I appreciated the extra effort. Excellent service, from the initial call to completion.

The estimation process was outstanding - very detailed - felt they cared about doing my job. Excellent communications throughout the process. I did not award them the job due to cost factor - otherwise they would have won my job.

Went well - company was very responsive. We had a power outage the morning of the appointment, and I called and was able to reschedule the appointment to later in the day (they called another customer to swap appointment times). The technician was able to tune up the garage door and fix the issue with the garage door not closing with the remote and explained to me the issue of why the garage door was not closing (due to excessive resistive force, which was fixed after the garage door was lubed).

He found and resolved the problem immediately

It was quick and efficient. He was done in about 40 minutes

The entire process from the start and to the end was pleasant and efficient. The staff, including manager and technicians, is knowledgeable, honest, and helpful.

We worked with both Jake and Ken. Jake was punctual, came in and measured stuff, and gave us the bad news we kind of expected - our current doors not only were cheap and cheerful, but the actual space under them was measured badly. On top of that the single door was basically not a real parking space - unless you were driving a clown car in there, there was no space. The sad truth was that if we put in the doors we originally planned - cheaper ones - that the house would look bad, and they'd need to be painted anyway. So, to match the house's other doors, they suggested expensive but long-lasting doors that they could make fit the space, a new assembly that actually works reliably, and on top of that install it in a day *and* make it fit the very awkward space between the ground and the doors. On top of that they created a dummy door for the already-useless door so that it'd look real, seal in nicely, yet not need the assembly. The work itself was done cleanly, beautifully and on time. It looks great. The extra money for the doors that we got, thick cedar ones (I think) that smell great and look great. They automatically worked with my car with barely any effort, and they move beautifully. The house looks great now. One thing that really makes Ken and Jake - apart from stellar work - stand out is their communication. Jake came by twice to make sure we were ready to go. Ken emailed and called to make sure we were happy, and to make sure the job looked well-done. There's a lot of pride in what they do, and they're fair and honest people who work hard to provide, well, the kind of thing you'd expect from someone this high-end. But even then, the cost wasn't ridiculous for what we got. It's great. It'll last for a long time.

RW Garage Doors was wonderful. When I called, I was told that someone could come between 12 and 2 and would call 10-20 minutes before arriving. Edven Benitez called around 12:30 and, as promised, arrived 10 minutes later. He diagnosed the problem (the springs and the cables). I thought the structure/railing was also damaged with a slight bend and might need to be replaced. He was very honest and told me that that was almost certainly not a problem. He did his work very well and was very professional throughout. I would definitely use them again and would happily recommend them to others

It went really well given the design of the garage door and configuration with low clearance given a large beam in the middle. It looks great, and much quieter. The pricing was good compared to the offers and the installation took (6 hrs as expected) and scheduled very quickly.

Great experience. Quickly assessed the project and recommended a straight forward solution. The necessary parts to complete the project on the spot were in the truck and it was completed quickly and for a price that was below the other quote I had received. The technician was professional and a clear communicator. He also gave us some simple tips to maintain the door and left us with a some materials to keep the door hardware in great shape.

Terrible. They were helpful when they first installed it but then, after they left, I noticed that the door would jerk when I closed it. I was concerned that it would break. I called and they sent a second technician out. He was TERRIBLE. He treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about. The guy just didn't want to be bothered. It was very upsetting. After he left, I called and asked to talk to a Supervisor. They told me that one would call me back. They NEVER called me back. In the end, I called my nephew out, who works in construction. My nephew adjusted the garage door so it doesn't jerk and jump when I close it. I would NEVER recommend Chandler Garage Door Service to anyone.

Entire service call went smoothly and as expected.

went well. My garage door was ~25 years old. The technician gave me a few options and in the end it seemed like replacing the garage door would be a better option. They gave me a great deal i couldn't refuse and i ended up changing the garage door to a brand new insulated one with an advanced controller that had all kinds of technical plus safety features. The replacement also happened within 2 days.
