Right Way Garage Doors

Everything when very well. The sound that the door was making went from very loud to very quite. The technician went over all the things that I should be doing on a biyearly schedule to maintain the efficiency and longevity of the door. The opener has a bearing going out but we were recommended to wait until it failed before replacing motor and drive. We were very satisfied with the service and would use it again.

Servicing one of the two doors, addition of the remote and adding missing nuts went well. However, one of the two garage doors still does not open smoothly. I am surprised they didn't notice this before they wrapped up. My wife was at home watching the kids, so she didn't point this out either.

it went good. the technician has replaced the Rollers for our garage door. he tested the Door opener and checked the switch. He recommended to change the door opener if it fails as it is an old model.

Arrived on time and did the work very quickly. Did not replace my rollers because he said tht they were better quality then the ones he was going to replace them with. Did some extra drilling to make sure alignment of beam would not be an issue.

Arrived on time and inspected the garage door. Assessed the problem and got right to adjusting the door. After a break-in attempt the door sat crooked to one side when closed and rubbed against the frame. No replacement parts were needed and in the end the door was set right. Also got a ballpark estimate for when it comes time to replace it.

I recently joined Angie's List and purchased a deal for a garage door tune-up from Chandler for $100 because my door has been making a lot of noise and oftentimes would not close all the way. The tune-up included the replacement of the old garage door rollers. The technician arrive at the beginning of the two-hour window. When does that ever happen?? I was very surprised and delighted by this because it would give me back an hour of my day. He was very professional (he even took his shoes off before entering my home without me needing to ask). He quickly inspected my garage door and said he would be done in approximately 30 minutes. Within half an hour, the technician was one and the results were great. The garage door opened and closed smoothly and without incident. He pointed out that my capacitor was on its last legs and that it was recommended I swap it out. He was able to do this on the spot for an additional $26.25. I was expecting to be out of pocket quite a bit of cash for this entire service, but Chandler Garage did a solid job and gave me some tips on how to maintain my garage door. I highly recommend these guys if you need any garage door services.

It went fine although the garage door was so old and out of compliance there really wasn't much they could do except replace the entire unit.

The employee gave me a courtesy call to let me know an approximate arrival time. After he completed the $100 tune-up special, he explained and showed me what he had done. There was a crack in the door frame which he repaired with a plate without an extra cost. One of the lights on the track was out and asked me if I had an extra bulb, which I did, and he replaced for me.

The technician came out on time and tuned our garage door opener. He re-tightened the main spring, lubricated the wheels and adjusted the sensor. Best of all, he sorted out an intermittent problem we had with the door failing to close. We could not be happier with the service we got.

We went in and looked at the showroom. There was someone there to show us different styles and what we liked. They came in and took out the old door and put it in. They also installed the opener. They came when they said they would. The quality was very nice.

Everything from the time I placed the order to having the work performed went very well. The person who took my order and scheduled the service was polite and professional. Craig, the technician who did the work, showed up well within the time window, re-balanced the system and replaced the rollers in about an hour. He explained to me what he did and what i could do to maintain the spring and hinges. I especially appreciated that he did not try to do a sell-up. Highly recommend Chandler.

The only issue I had was the garage door had an issue a little after the three month warranty. I started having the same issue, so I called them and they said it was beyond the warranty. I had to talk with them for an hour to get them to come out and get it fixed. They did eventually come out and fix the problem, I just didn't appreciate spending over an hour on the phone to convince them. They also started finding faults in the door when they came out the second time. These were issues they didn't find the first time around. I will think twice before using them again.

My experience with Craig from Chandler Garage Door Service was fantastic! We purchased our home in July and the inspector had mentioned that we should have the chain on our garage door tightened, but with countless other projects needing to be done, this went to the bottom of the "to-do" list. I finally got around to contacting Chandler and was very pleased from the start with the prompt response I received from the office to schedule an appointment. They were very accommodating with my schedule; Craig arrived on-time and was extremely pleasant. The thing I appreciated most about the experience, though, was Craig's integrity. He mentioned that our system is very old (not surprising, given that our house was built in the early 70s) and that if it were to ever break, we'd need to replace the entire system because parts are no longer made for this particular system. When some others may have taken this opportunity to try to sell me something I didn't actually need at this time, instead he told me that it is still in great working condition! I had pre-paid for a tune-up and replacement of rollers, but since the rollers were in good shape, Craig even called the office to get the "ok" to use that credit toward the repair of the broken springs instead. Overall, an awesome experience and I will definitely be calling Chandler for any future jobs!

The door opener stopped working. The motor would run but not turn the gear or chain. Al inspected the unit and was able to replace the internal gear instead of replacing the entire opener. This saved more than half the cost. He lubricated all the door rollers and chain mechanism. Al was early for the appointment made the same day. Super nice guy and we appreciated that he didn't try to sell parts that were not needed. I would highly recommend Chandler's.
