Job well done and effeciently

The technician called 30 minutes prior to arriving. He arrived on time and checked all rollers, lights and springs. He had the battery with him as promised. Our lights were not consistently coming on when the door opened and he quickly diagnosed the issue and corrected it. He was very professional and we would not hesitate using Chandler again.

The work was done fine. Mechanic arrived on time,advised about not changing rollers though those were part of the deal,no price adjustment was made for not replacing rollers. The tune up was done by adjusting tension and lubrication. Garage door works fine. Update, 11/0 Chandler has sent us a refund for not changing the rollers, thanks.

Not only tuned up the door they fixed a spot that had popped off the tracks free of charge. Door works better than it ever has.

Our garage door was randomly sticking half-way while shutting, after getting slowly worse over the course of several months. I wish I had called them sooner. :-) The fellow from Chandler came out and got our garage door working quiet as a whisper with no problems shutting after just 25 minutes of work. Thanks!

Everything went fine. I was satisfied with the work. They were efficient and nice. I got the $100 deal for changing the rollers and then when I found out that I had to put in a whole new system, I said, well, shouldn’t there be a deduction for the rollers that I already bought, he said, well, that’s already been taken off. But I don’t think it was actually, I think I paid the price for the whole new system.

It was excellent. They evaluated the situation. They said we didn't need rollers. We could acquire something we really need. They actually addressed the problem by doing what we asked them to do. I suggested what I thought the issue was. That was extreme professionalism on their part. I would absolutely use them.

Larry came on time. He was professional and went through a checklist of dozen items, changed all rollers. I told him that it was quite noisy when in operation. He discovered that the sprocket that turns the chain for door to go or down was on its last legs. He replaced that entire assembly for an additional $65 dollars. He even closed a gap at the bottom of the door at no extra charge. The garage door is very quite now and operates smoothly. I highly recommend Chandler Garage Door.

The installer in first day was sloppy but the installer in second day was good and finished up nicely and corrected the sloppy wor k in first day. Overall I am happy with its work.

The technician showed up on time, and quickly realized that the spring needed to be adjusted. Fixed that, also noticed that the garage door was rubbing on the frame, which was causing the loud sound that prompted us to buy this Angie's List deal. He fixed that, replaced all the garage door rollers, lubricated everything, and immediately we noticed the garage door was much quieter! He didn't even ask for my Angie's List voucher, he said it's all been taken care of. The rollers by themselves are normally $9 each, and there were 10 of them on my door. Great deal!

Very efficient job. The technician, Manny, spotted the broken spring right away and replaced it. He suggested that I replace both - and I quickly reviewed on Google that confirmed it was the right thing to do. He was in and out in less than 30 mins. He also oiled the rollers when he noticed that it was making some noise. Overall a good job.

When Craig arrived, he immediately inspected the existing opener, advised me what he needed to do, and assured me the wiring and hookup would work with the new system. He addressed all my concerns, advised what needed to be done, and was very professional. It was obvious that Craig had installed many systems before, as he worked quickly and the system was up and running in the timeframe promised. Very happy with the service, and my new system. The 'B' on punctuality was not a reflection on the service itself. I think there were two appointments booked back-to-back, which pushed my appointment to be a bit later than originally anticipated.

Very efficient and friendly service from the phone call to book it throughout the technician's visit. I'm glad we found a reliable company without an agenda to sell us more than we wanted!

It went very well. It was just the price of the "Big Deal." They were on time. They were very professional and very helpful as well. They gentleman even helped out with something. It's all good. I would highly recommend them.

We paid $40 more for a second garage door without the roller replaced for that one.

Arrived on time. Found a broken hinge in the door. Replaced it. Found rollers to be in good condition so did not replace it. Did the tune-up and fixed the alignment of garage door. Door works fine after the service. The loud banging noise at the time of the closing is gone now and overall noise is reduced as well.

Provider called late in the morning to let me know he was too busy and would not arrive. I wasted a whole morning waiting. Need to figure out how to get my money back. This was an Angie's list "special". I think Angie should qualify her "specials" - so they actually show up.

Quick response to provide a quote in the morning and was able to do the work that afternoon. Loved it. Very professional installation done, high quality work. Offered me an upgrade that I wanted for iPhone access which they could do. A couple of minor annoyances: * Installer didn't know anything on how mobile app worked. It took me some time to figure it out as manual was poor. * Installer left tools at house and had to come back to get them * Accidentally overbilled me $100 as there was confusion on how to use Angie coupon. I had to call to get the credit back. I still would recommend them. Most importantly the underlying work done was top notch.

he called to inform me that he was running a little late. once on site, the job was performed very proffesionally, with good attention to detail. no complaints, very nice guy.
