Description of Work: Our garage door had completely failed, had pulled away from its anchor, slipped its chain, come off track. They were prompt, efficient, professional, and worked fast. They re-laid the chain, snugged up dangling wires, re-aligned the sensors, and restructured the anchor. No problems since. (I only rated "B for cost because I have nothing to compare it to.)

Description of Work: I was having problems with my garage door opening when we were not prompting it. They told me I needed a new lodgic board but since the garage door opener was 12 yrs old I might want to replace it. I did buy a new one and they came back and replaced it in two days. Their work was very good and fast. I will usr them again when I need to.

Description of Work: Old garage door was grinding . Of the 3 places that were under Angie's list -Chandler was the only to respond in a follow up e-mail. They served the Berkeley area from from Fremont . Manny showed up 20 minutes after call . Gave estimate to repair & his opinion was to get a new one . Manny came back the next day 20 minutes from targeted time . Manny was honest & professional .

Description of Work: Chandler Garage Door Service has been easy to work with. I called them about 10 days ago or so, their salesman was on time for the appointment, knowledgeable, presented numerous options, educated me as to the differences between them, wasn't pushy, and made a sale. Since the garage occupies the first floor of the building, I opted for a steel door with insulation. The steel door was for both durability and ease of painting as illegible scrawls sometimes materialize when the local high school is in session. The insulation is for our colder months, as the first floor is presently not insulated. The two workers who installed the door were knowledgeable, good workers, and had the old and heavy wooden garage door on their truck, and the new door and opener installed in under 3 hours. $1,690.00 out the door, (so to speak). I'm a happy camper. If you need a garage door give these folks a call, they've done a good job for me.

Description of Work: Big Deal maintenance $54.00. In addition to lubrication, the provider repaired the electrical connection to the door key. As an extra service the provider installed a new manual disconnect cable and key for $35.00 more. He was very diligent and intent on doing a good job. He was very friendly and professional while doing the work.
