Description of Work: Performed maintenance on the garage door, which was operating very noisily. Technician replaced all rollers and discovered a broken hinge was creating the noise. He replaced the hinge for free and did a full check of the door and motor. Works perfect now, and sooo much quieter!! Thank you!

Description of Work: Hoping to take advantage of their tune up special for garage doors, I called Chandler Garage Door Service and was given an appointment date. The technician showed up on time, and went to work replacing and lubing the garage door parts as advertised. Unfortunately, I discovered the outside keypad opener was not functioning, and a wire was hanging exposed on the motor. He came back the next day, replaced the outside keypad with a new one, but that one did not work as well. He also told me the wire had to hang outside the motor for the garage door opener to function (????). So, the door itself does open and close smoothly with the remotes,but the wire is still hanging outside the motor and the outside keypad does not work.

Description of Work: My garage door opener froze, so I went to Angie's List and found this provider on a special. They arrived, heard my description of the problem, and knew exactly what was wrong. They replaced a very stripped gear in the opener control, then proceeded to change the rollers and lubricate everything. They even aligned a support which was causing binding. The workers were friendly and knowledgable. They even helped move a few items in the garage which blocked their access. I would definitely expect fine service from them in the future.

Description of Work: Purchased Angie's deal for $100 Garage Door Tune-Up and Roller Replacement. They replaced old metal/steel(?) rollers w/plastic rollers (some wheels had blown off track)& tested and replaced capacitor which he said might go soon (cost $26.25 for part). Hopefully this was true :)

Description of Work: Extremely punctual and responsible. I was prepared to replace a key pad and they demonstrated that I did not need to do so. Complete sevice of the garage door left it running smoothly and quietly. I was completely satisified.

Description of Work: The technician arrived about an hour later that the appointment window. He looked at my garage door and said it was a top of the line door and heavier than the ones they service, so their rollers would not support the weight of the door. Subsequently, I received a call from their office advising the new rollers would cost an additional $100, thereby doubling the cost of the service. I decided to pass on this big deal. The office person was very professional and accommodating. When the service tech arrived, he did not introduce himself nor apologize for being nearly an hour late for the appointment. He has some things to learn about good customer service and how it affects repeat business and referrals for the company.

The following day I received the estimate which is when we realized the deal was for a premium door and not a standard door, which is what we wanted. We are still using Chandler Garage Door for our garage door replacement but the deal does not apply.

Description of Work: They did the safety inspection and replacement of all rollers (big deal was for 10 rollers and my door has 12 so purchased two more). Replaced the cervo mechanism of opener which was starting to malfunction. All done inside one hour. A great job.
