Right Way Garage Doors

Description of Work: We had previously used Chandler Garage Door Service, who we found through Angie's List, and were pleased to see that they were offering a $100 deal for a garage door tune-up, including new rollers. They arrived on time and did a great job. Our garage door is much quieter now!

Description of Work: Garage door preventative maintenance -- we use Chandler every 2-3 years to replace rollers and oil the fittings and our garage door has never had a problem. They're professional, prompt and won't try to sell you something you don't need. I received a call the same day I placed the service request asking if today would be convenient as they had a technician in the area (i.e. same day service).

Description of Work: We have a driveway gate with remotes, and it stopped functioning. Chandler was able to come out on the next business day, brought sufficient parts to repair on first trip and had a spare remote available. Came on time, called in advance, and was done within the estimated time. (No price estimate was requested, since we had no diagnosis.) Cost seems reasonable against work done and timeliness--I didn't shop providers, so have no basis for comparison. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Chandler replaced rollers and provided full maintenance service ($100); several days later the roller(s) displaced, causing the garage door system to stop working properly. The motor was not functioning properly perhaps as a result or it was the age of the motor. Chandler provided a fair price to replace the old motor with a new system ($225) approx. Chandler was very accommodating to complete the work on the second visit. The onsite tech and manager were very professional. I have used Chandler many times and will continue to call them for any garage door issues.

Description of Work: They set up an appointment right away and came when they said they would (a two-hour window). We had a broken roller, which they replaced with an upgrade and also upgraded the other rollers. Since we had a coupon from Angie's List, the whole thing only cost $100 plus $17 for being out of their range of service. They were very professional and our garage door works much better and is quieter. We highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I had a garage door that wouldn't close. The motor was running but it went down part way and then back up again. I checked with Angies' list and they had a special. Chandler door responded immediately and they would have come out that day if I was available. As it was I scheduled them for 2 days later, and they came on time. They not only fixed the problem; they changed the rollers and greased them. Spent about an hour here. They didn't try to charge me any extra.
